Welcome to your Boise getaway! This modern 3-bedroom home with a spacious loft offers 5 beds (2 king, 3 queen), thoughtfully designed for both families and groups.

The main-level king master suite provides easy access and privacy, featuring a walk-in shower, stand-alone soaking tub, dual sinks, walk-in closet, and a large smart TV.

The upstairs features a large bedroom with a king bed, additional bedroom with a queen bed and full bathroom with dual vanity, and shower/tub combo.

There is an additional large loft with two queen beds, smart TV, and several toys for kids.

The fully stocked kitchen makes mealtime easy, and the open-concept living areas are perfect for gathering. The living room has a large sectional and additional seating chair with a Smart TV and gas fireplace. This open concept space also features the office desk for remote work.

Step outside to soak in the private hot tub, relax around the fire pit, or enjoy meals at the outdoor dining table—all while taking in breathtaking city and mountain views.

Please note that for stays exceeding 29 nights, Idaho law requires that we must obtain a lease from you before hosting your stay.

Our company policy also dictates that stays exceeding 29 nights require an extra cleaning every 29 days. This will be billed at the cost of an additional cleaning fee. These extra cleanings help keep our home an enjoyable place for all renters and really help our cleaning crews at the time of checkout. Please keep these policies in mind if booking a long term stay.

Any unauthorized pet will be charged $250.

A late checkout fee of $30 will be charged after 15 minutes late. An additional $30 will be charged every 30 minute increment after that.
