Disappointing Stay – Not as Advertised
I booked this hotel because of the low price and decent reviews, but my experience was far from positive. The room I was given was tiny, with cobwebs, stained floors, and mismatched furniture. There was no space to store luggage, and the bathroom was in poor condition — the sink didn’t drain, the shower was dingy, and the shelf was angled so nothing would stay on it.
My room was never cleaned during my stay — no fresh towels or trash removal. Basic amenities like shampoo and conditioner weren’t provided, just a bar of soap. There were also no USB ports or chargers available, so bring your own plug-in if you need to charge devices.
There’s no elevator, so I had to carry my luggage up the stairs. Anytime I needed help, no one was at the front desk — I had to wait for someone to come from the back.
The one positive is that the air conditioning worked well. But overall, this was not a clean, comfortable, or convenient stay. I was traveling for work and expected at least the basics — this hotel might be better suited for a quick overnight stop or someone in construction.
I wouldn’t stay here again and don’t recommend it.
