The space
Bedrooms are at either end of the main living space for privacy. Main room has airy cathedral ceilings. There are two separate entrances, each with just a few short steps to the landing. The North entrance is off of the front bedroom and exits to the large deck and the second entrance is off of the South side of the house entering into the main living space.

The entire home is yours to enjoy.
Other things to note
We are minutes from bicycle rentals, boat rentals, restaurants, beauty salons and the nearest grocery store is a brand new Publix just minutes from the property. We are a ten minute drive to Matlacha, with art galleries and restaurants to enjoy. There is a paved bike/walking path directly off of the property that takes you North and South the length of the island. Pine island even has its own public golf course for a day on the green. Just North of Captiva and Sanibel, our island is celebrated as a fishing and boating destination. There are several marinas to choose from where you can launch your boat for a day on the water. Or, you can rent ours for the day. You can also take the local ferry for a day trip to the untouched barrier island of Cayo Costa.
