Island Getaway Golf Visserij Gemeenschap

Onze drie slaapkamers, twee badkamers, thuis is in Alden Pines Golf & Country Club. Alden Pines is een 18-holes golfbaan in een natuurlijke omgeving. Pine Island heeft een overvloed aan flora en fauna op elk moment dat je omhoog kunt kijken en zien, visarend, kale adelaars, blauwe reigers, sneeuwwitte zilverreigers en houten ooievaars.

Pine Island heeft GEEN strand, je kunt een watertaxi nemen naar een van de stranden of van het eiland af rijden, maar er is voldoende vismogelijkheden. Vis voor de Matlacha-ophaalbrug, de MEEST geviste brug in Zuidwest-Florida. Huur een visgids of breng uw boot en leg aan bij de Pineland Marina. Bijna alle restaurants op Pine Island zullen je vis toch bereiden. Neem een watertaxi, cruise / rondvaartboten naar de eilanden Cabbage Key en Cayo Costa. Stop voor de lunch op de eilanden Cabbage Key, Captiva, Sanibel of Upper Captiva.

Het is een paradijs voor kajakliefhebbers, Pine Island is het grootste eiland (17 mijl lang en 2 mijl breed) aan de westkust van Florida, op slechts 20 minuten van Cape Coral, 30 minuten van Fort Myers en een uur van Fort Myers Airport. BESTE GEHEIM VAN FLORIDA, het ongerepte zuiden van Florida is schilderachtig, rustig, omgeven door mangroven in plaats van witte zandstranden. Geniet van kajakken in de beschutte wateren van Matlacha Pass en het Pine Island Sound Aquatic Preserve.

Breng uw fietsen mee, er is een fietspad van het ene uiteinde van het eiland naar het andere. Tennis en zwembad in het buurthuis, is een korte fietstocht, slechts 5 mijl en speel op 4 nieuwe rechtbanken. Je kunt 's nachts spelen. Elke maandag, woensdag en vrijdag is er een round robin van 9 - 11 waar iedereen in kan springen. Allen zijn welkom! Er is een competitie die dinsdag en donderdag speelt, maar ze gebruiken niet alle banen en ze zijn klaar voor 11 uur. Onlangs toegevoegd is pickleball.

Bekijk op Pine Island de lokale winkels in Matlacha, dineer en ontspan in de vele restaurants aan het water, gespecialiseerd in verse zeevruchten, geserveerd met een informele, rustige, eilandachtige sfeer.

Mijn meest favoriete ding om te doen is de golfkar inpakken, een camera, kaas en crackers, bier, wijn of martini's meenemen en naar de Pine Island Marina gaan en de zonsondergang zien ondergaan. Doe dit elke avond, je zult niet teleurgesteld worden.

Private Getaway Relaxing Vacation

This property could not have been more perfect. from the cleanliness, the amazing pool, spacious rooms & big kitchen. The whole family was satisfied in this house... it was comfortable enough to feel like a home for the week. The sunsets, amazing food nearby, and loads of fun here. Also a big thanks to the host Tracy who was always available to answer questions and offer a great stay. Overall, it was a great vacation and we would love to stay here again!

Fantastic Stay

Despite the area being affected by hurricane Ian, our family decided to still visit the area to support the locals and economy. The house was fantastic, very clean, open floor plan, lovely new pool. The golf cart was super fun to run around the neighborhood and visit the local marina to view the sunsets. We were very comfortable. The managers were very attentive to our texts with questions and were able to take care of everything needed. To top it off, even the neighbor was very friendly and lovely to talk with. We met up with a local captain, had an amazing time with the dolphins…..was a great trip and we will be back!

Perfect family week away

Stayed a week at this property and felt like home (but better!). Beds and furnishings were very comfortable, floor plan was great, lanai and pool area were perfect. Host was very responsive and had everything we needed for day trips to the beach, along with dozens of recommendations around where to eat local. Bikes were a great bonus! Would stay here again & highly recommend for families looking for a quieter place from which to explore SW Florida.

Week in Paradise

We thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our stay. The house was immaculate and fully appointed with everything you could possibly need-high quality linens and towels-fully stocked kitchen and welcome basket with coffee, snacks and margaritas! The weather was perfect and the view of the 13th hole with palm trees swaying was so relaxing. The new pool is great as is the fire pit. The area offered so much like the sunset at the marina, ferry to cayo costa and day trip fishing charters. The golf course was easily accessible from the house and tee times were made with no issues. Overall a great place to unwind with family or friends.

A Wonderful First Visit to Pine Island

We spent a week at this amazing property. Tracey and Cabot were wonderful hosts and the property was even more beautiful than the pictures. The setting on the golf course was ideal and its proximity to gorgeous sunsets made it even better. All the amenities you would need for making and serving meals were there. Communication with the owners was great and they even stopped by to make sure we had enough propane for the grill and firepit. The pool is a great addition and the outdoor patio was so inviting that we never even used the inside dining room table. Plenty of space to spread out and everything immaculately clean. My wife and I would highly recommend the Alden Pines home and know you will enjoy working with the owners.

You won’t go wrong here!

This house was fantastic - the heated pool, golf cart and bikes were enjoyed. Great space for two couples with plenty of room even in the well appointed kitchen. We spent a great deal of our time in a very spacious and comfortable shaded lanai - when we weren’t in the pool. Our host was the best - communication and information were spot on - especially about restaurants and the beautiful sunsets! Thank you Tracey. We all said this was the best VRBO we’ve been to!

Great home and location

We just spent a month in this beautiful well stocked home. From the minute we walked in it just felt comfortable. The pool is nice, fire pit was fun as a place to sit and relax in the evening. Beds are super comfortable and the hosts were very responsive for the couple questions/ requests we had. The island is full of fun places to explore with several great restaurants. Can’t go wrong with this rental. We would definitely stay again.

Absolutely Wonderful!

Rent with confidence! Tracey's home is beautiful, clean, and located in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. Our son is in a wheelchair, and it is so easily accessible - the open floor space for him made our vacation so much better. The house is stocked with everything you could think of. The lanai and new pool are absolutely gorgeous and overlook a pretty backyard. We also met the neighbor Scott who said to knock on his door if we needed anything. Thank you so much for your hospitality, we'll be back!

Florida beauty

We had the most amazing time at this beautiful home in Alden Pines. The home was spacious and super clean. We loved spending time on the enormous screened porch even though there was so much space inside the home. The highlight of our day was going to the local marina to watch the sunset. Every night was beautiful. We saw so much nature-turtles, beautiful birds and so much more. We were able to get take out from nearby restaurants that had delicious options. Days were spent kayaking-so many spots to go. The manager was incredibly friendly and helpful with all of our questions. Beautiful home, yard and vacation. If you want peace and quiet come here for true serenity.

Beautiful house that is spotless and completely updated . You will have all the comforts of home. Communication with owner was excellent! They went above and beyond for us. Highly recommended! We have renewed for 2021 and can't wait to return.
