'Personal (male from Romania) at the reception was total not professional acceptable. With sentences as”HERE YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR EVERYTHING!!!!” This because I asked if the stil water at the room have to be payed. Also the personal at the breakfast did their job because they have to. '

Florian was amazingly friendly and a lot of fun to talk with. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us. The morning breakfast they prepared was delicious and beyond all expectations. Sinaia is beautiful and this hotel is the crown jewel to top it all off. '

'The place was great! Location was perfect to Bran castle. The place was very comfortable and the service was exceptional. The ac was broken but with the windows opened it was cool enough. The village there was so quaint. Worth the visit. Great hotel, would definitely stay there again and highly recommend. '

'I first came to this property eight years ago, and it is wonderful to see that the quality has not diminished one bit. The staff are just as friendly as I remember. Radu and his wife are doing a terrific job — taking care of the property, managing everything with such care and professionalism. Radu is not only an excellent host but also an incredible human being, and the same can be said about his exceptional staff. We would happily come and stay here anytime, and we truly hope to return soon....
