'Overall, our stay was wonderful! The staff was friendly, everything was clean, and the service was excellent. The only downside was that we had some issues with the AC. Luckily, the weather wasn’t too hot, so it wasn’t unbearable, but it was a little uncomfortable at times. Other than that, everything was perfect, and we really enjoyed our stay!'

'Great experience overall. Check-in was easy and the unit was very well kept. Very happy that we were so close to so much public transportation. It is a little noisy for those who aren’t used to hearing the L train nearby. Parking is hard to find, but there is paid parking nearby and easy to access public transit. If you plan on parking your car for the full time you’re there.'

'This chic apartment was the perfect size for our family of 4 adults. It was clean and had just enough amenities to get us through our stay. The location is near a police station and is in an upcoming neighborhood. Free parking was not too hard to find around the apartment building. Once we found a spot, we parked and tried to walk or uber as much as possible. '

"This hotel is truly beautiful — Art Deco style, full of character and soul. The lobby is stunning, and the corridors feel like they transport you to a different era, with elegant marble floors… It could easily be a museum. It’s located downtown, and many sights are within walking distance. The subway and bus stops are also nearby. Our room was clean, the bed was comfortable, but the bathroom could use renovation. However, it’s a large hotel, and that comes with some downsides. There was a long queue for both check-in and check-out, as not all service desks were staffed. We stayed for four nights, but had to downgrade our room because it still wasn’t ready — even at 5 PM. There was no refund, and as compensation we were offered a free breakfast, which turned out to be just for one day. Very disappointing. Upon check-out, the bills I received showed additional charges of $352.26 for taxes and parking. However, my credit card was charged a total of €495.88 — significantly more than expected. I sent multiple messages via Expedia, but the hotel never responded. Since I was traveling through the U.S., I didn’t have the time to call and follow up properly. I sincerely hope the hotel will look into this and respond accordingly."
