'Tbey place was very nice. It needs a few items repaired, such as the toilet paper holder was falking off the wall. Also, the hot faucet handle appears to be either stripped or loose. Other than that, it was very nice and the host was very acommodating and helpful. '

'I would recommend this property to anyone wanting to take advantage of downtown Wilmington’s attractions. Having an assigned, off-street parking space removes any stress about finding and paying for parking. Plus you can easily walk down to the riverwalk from the apartment. The place itself is exceptionally spacious for the money and the balcony is a great place to soak up the atmosphere of the historic neighborhood. We will be back!'

'This was the second time staying here in the last two months. I was so glad it was available again for this two week stay. The unit is top notch from top to bottom. Well furnished with a combination of modern and antique furniture, very comfortable mattresses, and nice kitchen and laundry appliances. The bonus room works perfectly as an office.
