'The view is stunning, easy walking to diary and fish and chip shop. We enjoyed watching the planes across the water go in and out but the noise from this was loud at times. We enjoyed the easy access to the foreshore from the house which was pleasant to stay in. To be on the water to make the most of the view very minute of the day was our highlight as was the week of good weather. What a bonus!'

'We arrived late so really appreciated the fully stocked pantry and fridge eggs juice bread fruit and so much more. There's a few steps up to the apartment but the view is worth it. The interior has all the luxury trimmings of five star retreat clean quiet super comfortable bed and each bedroom has it's own ensuite. Our hosts Tanya and Noel were so friendly and ready to help with anything we needed. Thank you for making the last part of our trip memorable'

'Property was very musty on arrival. Smoke alarm on ground floor had a flat battery, so was beeping the whole stay ( 2 weeks ). Plus they blamed me for a faulty toaster that was like that on arrival ( hence why I didn’t use it).( charged me for the toaster $40) Not happy at all. Have spent $5000 dollars in two months with this company. Won’t be spending another $ with them and will be telling every one on know. They do not care about anybody’s health and safety!'

'We visited the property to enjoy with family and friends. The only reason we’ve booked the property was pool and when we entered the property there was rubbish everywhere in the property. The pool was so dirty and not even working, The carpet was burnt and there was rubbish on the sofas. There was moldy chicken in the oven which was stinking.'

'We’re in NZ for the famous trotting Rowe Cup. Home was equidistant from Airport, horse sales complex at Karaka and Alexandra Park trotting track.'

'Do not stay at this place!! Very misrepresented. Over priced. Smells like sewer or gas leak. Rodents everywhere. Tucked behind another house, hard to access. This place can't be legal for human occupation. Does not appear to be built to code. Beds are horrible, still recovering from severe back pain due to extremely lumpy beds. We had to buy air mattresses, pillows, & extra blankets. Three of our party of four were sick and had to leave a day earlier than our booking. My 74 year old sister could...
