'Every thing was as presented. many interesting details and decora. Great country feeling We used the firepit and amble supply of fire wood on hand. Barbecued 1 evening using the supplied grill. Draw backs; bq grill barely cooked. dirty burners? Master bathroom needs much better lighting at the sink. Only 1 tv of 3 was used. Never could get Wi fi to work. Howver bedroom tv worked. But a great atmosphere overall.'

'We were looking for a place close to the horse show at Brownland Farms that would accommodate a few people and allow pets. We had no idea how cute and perfect this house would be. Only 10 minutes from the show grounds and, bonus, 5 minutes from downtown Franklin! Could not have picked a better house.'

'This was a much needed vacation and Frank's home is a slice of heaven. From Boots the cat mascot that lives outside to the lovely, grassy acres all around, it was amazing. Also, Frank is helpful and amazing if there happens to be any questions, communication was basically instant. The house itself is cute and cozy and with 3 bedrooms completely handled our needs.
