'WE live in Bend, Oregon and love to explore and take minivacaions. We decided to visit 'Crater Lake as neither of us had been in years. We stayed at a private, lovely home in Running Y Ranch Resort. Ammenities were very nice and our place had everything you need. A funky fauxfireplce runs the length of very large tv. There is only the one tv in the house, no bedrooms. So bring your laptop if you need noise to sleep. Well apointed kitchen, should be everything you could use, There is one...

'What an amazingly peaceful and wonderful place to stay. I stayed alone and felt totally safe and secure in the tranquil home. I feed the hens some scratch snacks the host left. There are fresh eggs in the frig and frozen organic beed in the freezer you can purchase if you don't have time or want to go to the store. I would recommend this host to anyone. '

'The home was well-located, only a few minutes drive from groceries. It was clean, organized, and comfortable. I especially loved the tint on the back door, as the mirrored surface on the outside made it so birds couldn’t see me. I got some great birdwatching done. The playroom was a hit with my 4 nieces we were visiting. Overall, a wonderful stress-free stay. '

'The house was beautiful and had plenty of space for our group of 3 adults 3 teenagers and one child, everyone had their own space. Other than some unfinished housekeeping we couldn't have asked for a better location or stay '

'This large house that had everything we needed for our party of four. Easy access to Crater Lake and the Lava Beds National Monument.There is a resident marmot in the yard that provided some entertainment.'

The near by pool and gym was such an added bonus that it made it even more relaxing and fun. We would recommend this place to anyone. Its a hidden gem. '

'The location is amazing. The view from the living room is beautiful and serene. However, there are a few hiccups with the property that will hopefully be worked out before others stay. 1) The door was unlocked when we arrived, we expected it to be locked due to provider check in directions. 2) There is a dishwasher, but no dish washer detergent provided. 3) only 1 tablespoon of dish soap (for washing dishes by hand) was provided for our 4 night/5 day rental, so I had to drive into town which was...

The owner was very kind and sincere when I reached out about a small issue, and even offered us a partial refund, which I wasn’t expecting. I highly recommend this property!'

'Nice fenced in yard for dogs to run around in. Had light switches labeled so you didn't have to go around trying to figure out which one belongs to what lights, which was nice. Walkable to several places to eat, including a dog friendly brewery. Host was very responsive. Area was quiet. Would definitely stay again. '
