Deluxe Penthouse de luxe!- Beach Resort Pool, Waterval!

Van januari tot en met april, worden alleen de wekelijkse boekingen zaterdag tot en met zaterdag aanvaard.

Onze populaire zomerspecial loopt van 1 mei tot 1 november (minimum verblijf van 7 nachten). U kunt genieten van de accommodatie tegen een lager nachttarief, wat een fantastische waarde is!

Fabulous penthouse unit professioneel ingericht en gemeubileerd. Deze prachtige condominium zal je lacht en ontspannen vanaf het moment dat u een wandeling door de woning en uit op de gescreende Lanai. Ruime master suite met eigen badkamer, dubbele wastafel, granieten aanrechtblad en walk-in closet. Slapen in stijl en comfort in het kingsize bed met high-end pillow-top matras. 2e slaapkamer met eigen toegang tot de badkamer. U zult genieten van de lichte open beschikt over een mooie keuken met granieten werkbladen, verhoogde ontbijttafel, moderne apparatuur, een volledige eetkamer, en een grote kamer. Neem even de tijd om onze gastbeoordelingen hieronder te lezen en u zult zien waarom ons appartement de plek is om te verblijven! Let op: dit is een niet-roken appartement. Jammer dat we niet verhuren aan rokers.

Geniet van een hd-tv op het 42-inch flatscreen-lcd-scherm, ideaal voor films, games en sport, en twee extra HDTV's in beide slaapkamers. We hebben een Bose Soundtouch-stereosysteem toegevoegd waarmee u draadloos muziek kunt streamen vanaf uw favoriete apparaat, internetradio en nog veel meer. Ook zult u een Apple iPad gelegen voor gebruik te vinden, terwijl u bent onze gasten. Handige wasmachine-droger in residence. Veilige draadloze internet service in de condo. ZORG ERVOOR DAT DE GANG kijken via video van onze residentie en het clubhuis. (VIDEO TAB aan de linkerkant van deze beschrijving.)

Bonita Village biedt ongeëvenaarde voorzieningen, zoals een resort-stijl zwembad met massieve steenachtige waterval, strand zwembad type binnenkomst, geweldig voor kinderen en ouderen, aan het zwembad chickee hut genaamd The Groggy Frog, het aanbieden van eten en drinken in het hoogseizoen; community clubhuis met gemeenschappelijke ruimte, biljart, state of the art fitnessruimte, internet cafe, pendeldienst naar het strand en een media kamer met een groot televisiescherm. Gated community met beveiligde toegang tot de gebouwen en voorzieningen. Onder gebouw parkeren en lift toegang tot de bovenste verdiepingen.

Such a great time!

We had such a great time staying at the Bonita Village. The unit was updated, clean and spacious. Great view of the pool. We had no issues while we were there and Brian was easy to contact if we ever needed too. Definitely would stay there again! Thanks for a great family vacation!

We loved our stay at Brian’s condo. Very clean and comfortable. The complex is like a “mini resort” with a gorgeous pool and bar, and friendly guests. Great for couples or families. Would definitely stay again.

Condo well stocked and clean, but disappointing as no dresser for clothes! We had booked for a month and this was a big inconvenience… rusted chairs in closet and items we would not use took up much space. Who would think to ask if dresser for clothes available in a rental?

Excellent Location

These condos are in a premium location, central to everything! Easy drive up to Sanibel/Captiva Islands, same for going south to Marco Island! Naples is a very short drive I feel like 20 mins tops! So very convenient to everything! Bonita Beach just a few miles, 5 min by car tops! The cleanliness was top notch! Grounds were beautiful! We would recommend nicer linens, and soaps in a listing of penthouse, but cannot complain honestly. Irish spring doesnt seem very penthouse like to me, but jmho. The kitchen is a nice size, but was not equipped well for making meals. Heating up leftovers, sure! & most are likely eating out the majority of their meals, so not a big deal. But would recommend a few more kitchen standard items. The ease of getting in/out is perfect! The directions that Brian will send on how to enter the first time, and then subsequent times is perfectly laid out for you! The pool area is very nice! Felt great to relax there! Communication w Brian was prompt/courteous! Overall, we were very pleased w our stay! Would we rent this unit again, 1000x yes! Close by restaurants were all too die for! The icemaker in the fridge does make ice & Pretty efficiently I might add! It still does not dispense ice from the door, but thats a minor inconvenience. We emptied the ice into bags & sotred in freezer, for beach days, and the speed of the ice maker filling was impressive. We had plenty of ice for all of our needs! The shower has great water pressure as well!

This was my family’s second time staying in Brian’s beautiful home and we can’t wait to plan our next vacation. The house is beautiful and homey. The property is very well maintained. My whole family has absolutely fallen in love with the pool. All of the residents and guests that we have encountered are wonderful and my children 12 & 10 have made friends on both trips. Exceptional condo with everything you need for your stay. Location is close to beaches, restaurants, and shopping. Especially loved the large television in the living room which was perfect for watching the Masters & March Madness during our stay. Owners are very responsive to any inquiries. Christmas visit

The condo was very spacious, comfortable and tastefully decorated. The kitchen was very clean and had everything we needed during our stay. The pool view from the lanai was relaxing and the amenities were exactly what we were looking for. We had a wonderful Christmas there.

We enjoyed our stay even though the weather wasn’t the best for Florida. Condo was clean, very well stocked. Would have been nice to have a place for our clothes in the main bedroom, had to leave our suitcases on the floor, the closet was pretty full so not a lot of room. Main bathroom needs new towels and kitchen needs kitchen towels as well. Other than that the condo was pleasant.
