Our vacation rental home is conveniently located in the heart of Bonita Springs on a quiet dead end street with scenic canal homes on both sides of the road. The home has a spacious layout with a kitchen in the center of the home along with a sprawling family room and living room along with a large main bedroom with attached en suite bathroom and two additional bedrooms and two additional bathrooms. Outdoors, guests can enjoy our sprawling amenities including a heated pool and spa.

The Space:
Discover the epitome of Gulf Coast living in our charming vacation rental nestled along a tranquil gulf access canal in Bonita Springs, Florida. Designed with families, multiple families, or retired couples in mind, this single-family pool home is a haven of comfort and relaxation.

As you step into the spacious interior, you'll be captivated by the sprawling layout featuring multiple seating and dining areas. The heart of the home is a brand-new kitchen, adorned with modern cabinetry, appliances, and countertops. Enjoy seamless indoor-outdoor living with direct access to the outdoors from the family room and dining area, third bathroom, and the primary bedroom.

The primary bedroom, a true sanctuary, underwent a complete remodel in 2023. Revel in its generous space, complete with a flat-screen TV, a sitting area with a full-sized sofa, and direct access to the pool deck from a French doors. The ensuite bathroom boasts a separate soaking tub and a spacious walk-in shower.

The second guest bedroom offers two twin beds, while the third bedroom features a full-sized bed. An additional well-appointed full bathroom (#2) is easily accessible from both guest bedrooms and other living areas. The third bathroom (#3), connected to bathroom #2, includes the laundry room and direct access to the pool deck, featuring a walk-in shower and vanity.

Outdoor bliss awaits in the lush backyard, fenced on two sides, adorned with subtropical plants like mangoes, bananas, and avocados. A large dock invites you to explore the brackish canal leading to the Imperial River and beyond, perfect for launching personal watercraft like stand-up paddleboards and kayaks.

Take a dip in the heated pool and spa, soaking in the Florida sunshine on the pool deck with multiple dining, seating, and lounging options. There is a propane gas grill outdoors to create unforgettable meals in an unforgettable location. A small deck by the canal offers a serene spot to witness breathtaking sunsets or catch glimpses of dolphins or manatees as they make their way up the canal. The pool faces west.

Conveniently located less than a 30-minute drive from SWFL International Airport, this retreat recommends bringing or renting or bringing your own car for optimal exploration. Tucked away off Pennsylvania Ave, our neighborhood enjoys tranquility on a gulf access canal street with minimal traffic.

Secure your piece of paradise today—park a small trailer on the south side (left) of our home and launch your boat at the nearby public boat launch on US-41 N. Please note that the boat lift is not available for guest use with motorboats.

To give our guests flexibility and peace of mind, we offer two ways to cover accidental damage during your stay. Choose either a $50 non-refundable damage fee or a $1,000 refundable hold. This payment is collected after booking and before check-in.

The pool at this home is heated to 85 degrees when appropriate. The temperature of the pool can fluctuate depending on local weather conditions.

Only 1 or 2 Non-Shedding, hypoallergenic dogs are permitted in this pet-friendly home. Cats and all other animals are strictly prohibited, including birds, reptiles, rodents, and exotic pets.

It is best to have a vehicle with you as Bonita Springs is a large metro area. This property is about a 25 minute drive to the Fort Myers Int'l Airport.

This is a self check in property with a coded door code that gets changed in between every reservation and your code is only active during your times of your reservation and we can accommodate early and late check outs upon request, if available. You will receive the codes to check in once we have received the full payment and 1 week prior to arrival.
