Geniet van deze mooie, lichte en heldere hoekopstelling op de eerste verdieping met zijn uitgebreide, volledig ingerichte wrap around Lanai. U zult genieten van het rustige, vredige uitzicht op de natuur terwijl u zowel uw dag begint als eindigt op deze mooie Lanai!
Deze eenheid is wekelijks, maandelijks of seizoensgebonden beschikbaar.
Het appartement beschikt over alle gemakken van thuis. U zult genieten van de volledig gevulde, bijgewerkte keuken. De woon / familiekamer heeft een queensize slaapbank, een kingsize master en een kamer met 2 aparte bedden. Eettafels in het appartement of op de Lanai. Er is een wasmachine en droger in de unit voor uw gemak. Beddengoed, bad- en strandlakens zijn aanwezig. Er zijn televisies in alle woonruimtes, evenals internettoegang. Er zijn centrale AC en meerdere plafondventilatoren voor uw comfort.
Wild Pines heeft een eigen zwembad, spa, gescreend in clubhuis met koelkast, tafels voor eten of gezelligheid, badkamers, tennisbanen exclusief gereserveerd voor gasten van Wild Pines en een grillpaviljoen. Op slechts een steenworp afstand van onze parkeerplaats is de GRATIS privéstrandclub-shuttle die dagelijks loopt van Thanksgiving tot april.
BONITA BAY is een geweldige privé-gated community van meer dan 24.000 hectare. Geniet van 12 mijl van fietspaden, 3 privé-parken, kajakken, kano's, promenades, vlindertuin, paden, vissen vanaf de pier en de BONITA BAY BEACH CLUB gelegen aan de Golf van Mexico (GRATIS shuttle in het seizoen).
Ook gelegen in de Bonita Bay-gemeenschap zijn luxe winkels en restaurants in THE PROMENADE CENTRE.
Bonita Springs ligt halverwege Napels en Ft Meyers, ten zuiden van Sanibel en Captiva Islands en ten noorden van Marco Island. Een klein eindje rijden is Everglades National Park, Audubon's Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary en Beach Front State Parks (Barefoot Beach)

Florida Getaway

This is our 2nd time staying at this condo. It is conveniently located to all restaurants and shopping. Naples Waterside Shops exquisite shopping is a few miles down the road. The condo was as perfect as it was the first time. The Wild Pines pool is clean and well maintained. The walking trails through Bonita Bay are beautiful. Great hosts and very responsive.

Great place. Wonderful host. She was more then accommodating. We needed a place to live after hurricane Ian flooded out our condo. The apartment was perfect. Well appointed kitchen for a long stay if you want to cook instead of eating out. Loved it!!!

This is a clean, updated unit with tasteful finishes. The owners went to great effort to make us feel welcome and we were impressed with all of the specials touches to make our stay even nicer. We’ve been staying in Wild Pines for years; this condo had the most comfortable furniture, including the beds. Strongly recommend for any length of stay.

Lovely place for a young family

Myself and my extended family have stayed in quite a few rentals in Bonita Bay over the years and this was BY FAR the best one! It was very spacious and very clean! Our extended family that were staying in other rentals last week were jealous when they came to check out our place. Everything was very up-to-date and top line. I would highly recommend staying here and we plan to book it every year for our yearly trip!

Best Vacation Rental We’ve Ever Had!!

This was by far the cleanest vacation rental we’ve ever seen…my wife must’ve commented 15 times how spotless it was (and she’s a clean freak). Check-in was effortless, the amenities were just right and the neighborhood was perfect for us. Mark and Amy were great to communicate with and answered all questions virtually immediately, both before and during our rental period. I can’t recommend this property strongly enough. Honestly unless you’re staying at the Hyatt Regency down the road, you’re not going to find a better place to stay in the area and we hope we have the opportunity to rent from them again.

Excellent experience

It was our second stay at Bonita Bay and this property in Wild Pines was perfect for my busband and I. We spent two weeks here and our stay in this lovely home exceeded our expectations. Communications with the owners has been very effective, prompot and friendly. The apartment is well kept, nicely decorated, with many amenities and generous supply of toiletries, paper products and detergents. We liked being on this corner unit on the ground floor. The unit has a south west orientation so guests enjoy the sunset in the cosy screened lanai . The kitchen is modern and fully equipped: a plus for those- like us as - who are used to cook . Bonita Bay is a beautiful, manicured development with many amenities, parks, restaurants and facilities. In Bonita Springs we would not stay anywhere else and look forward to our next visit to this lovely home.
