This home features a premier location and luxury stay all in one. Walk just steps to the beach, rent a boat, paddleboard, jet ski, cabana or beach loungers just across the street at Docs or enjoy an incredible meal at one of the areas great local restaurants just mins from the door!

The space-
Enjoy a stress free stay in this newly built home with a modern open-concept living space, vaulted ceiling and gorgeous kitchen. Double sliders open the dinning space to the upper level deck providing a true Florida indoor/outdoor atmosphere! Enjoy your coffee or wine on the deck or simply relax and take in the beautiful gulf breeze every night.

The spacious living space, 3 bedroom, 3 baths plus the ample outdoor living areas make this home great for groups to gather and still have space to spread out.

The large master bedroom has a king sized bed, gorgeous bathroom with walk-in shower and large walk-in closet. The second bedroom provides a queen bed with lots of storage and a full bathroom right across the hall. Located on the other side of the home for extra privacy the third bedroom has a full bed with an attached full bathroom and large closet.

Don't forget this home has a boat lift and gulf access! Rent a boat from one of the many area rental companies and store it for a couple days or the length of your stay right out front!

Everything provided in this home from dishes to towels to beach chairs, just bring your swimsuit!

The house and location are phenomenal. Kate was super fantastic and communicative. Everything was superb- except for the house under construction right next door. Only an issue in the early morning as the workers seem to enjoy making as much noise as possible around 715. Other than the construction noise this evening lace was EXCELLENT!
