On-site amenities include two pickleball courts (tennis courts temporarily closed while the club undergoes renovations). Please note: some restoration work on building walkways & stairways, grounds, landscaping & sidewalks are ongoing — occasional daytime construction noise is possible.



THE SPACE



This bright, well-appointed studio flows naturally from the kitchen through the dining and living areas and into the sleeping space — everything thoughtfully arranged for easy, relaxed vacation living.



The living area offers full dining for 4, a queen sleeper sofa, and a flat screen TV with cable. Step through the full glass sliding doors onto the screened lanai, comfortably furnished for seating, conversation, and soaking up the Florida atmosphere.
