  • Of u nu reist met uw favoriete mensen of helemaal alleen, dit vernieuwde en prachtig ingerichte studio-appartement aan Bonita Beach en Tennis Club maakt de perfecte vakantie in Zuidwest-Florida! Gelegen op slechts een steenworp afstand van de Golf van Mexico, als strand, zon en zand is wat u zoekt - we denken dat u het net hebt gevonden!

    500 vierkante meter open studioruimte met nieuwe meubels en nieuwe laminaat houten vloeren
    Vernieuwde keuken met roestvrijstalen apparaten en eettafel voor 4 personen
    Woongedeelte met nieuwe tweepersoons slaapbank, verstelbare muur gemonteerde tv met kabelpakket en soundbar; en glazen schuifdeuren openen naar het zonovergoten balkon op de 3e verdieping.
    Het slaapgedeelte staat open voor de leefruimte en biedt uitzicht op de tv wanneer de muurbeugel wordt gedraaid naar het kingsize bed; resortkwaliteit bed- en badlinnen zijn inbegrepen, en een grote op maat gemaakte ingebouwde kast is beschikbaar voor uw bezittingen.
    De badkamer is ook onlangs gerenoveerd met een uitgebreid aanrecht en beschikt over een grote inloopdouche en veel bergruimte.
    De keuken is uitgerust met een groot fornuis, koelkast, magnetron, kookgerei, borden, glazen, bestek en de kleine basisapparatuur en hulpmiddelen die nodig zijn om snelle maaltijden te bereiden tijdens uw verblijf, inclusief een Keurig-koffiezetapparaat.

    De volledig glazen schuifdeuren in de woonkamer open voor het scherm ingesloten Lanai, waar u kunt genieten van een vermakelijk uitzicht op een van de twee gemeenschappelijke zwembaden en zonneterrassen en een gedeeltelijk uitzicht op de westelijke hemel over de Golf.

    In het hele appartement is gratis WiFi beschikbaar.
    Alle beddengoed, bad en bad- / strandlakens zijn inbegrepen.

    Beach en Tennis Club biedt tennis, augurk, 2 verwarmde zwembaden en 1 kinderbad, meerdere restaurants in de buurt, een café op het terrein, 2 liften die elk gebouw bedienen, gemeenschappelijke wasserette met munten in gebouwen 1, 3 en 5, en is dichtbij naar het zand van Bonita Beach en al zijn voorzieningen zoals golflopers, paddle boarding, kajakken, etc. Uw verblijf in dit vakantieappartement is inclusief gratis parkeren, zodat u naar het strand kunt lopen, en gratis onbeperkt WiFi. Als gast van Bonita Beach en Tennis heeft u gratis recreatieve toegang tot de gravelbanen van Har-Tru. Rechtbanken zijn beschikbaar op afspraak, via de tennis pro. Op de gravelbanen moeten de juiste schoenen worden gedragen.

    Het appartementencomplex ligt op korte afstand van 3 bekroonde staatsstranden, waaronder Barefoot Beach, Wiggins Pass en Lover's Key. Napels, Fort Myers, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel, Captiva Island en alle naburige gemeenschappen bieden dineren, winkelen, watersporten, natuur, culturele en sportevenementen voor uw vakantie in het zuidwesten van Florida. Dit appartement is het perfecte uitje, maar toch dicht bij alle geneugten die Zuidwest-Florida te bieden heeft.

    Deze accommodatie ligt op ongeveer 37 km van de internationale luchthaven RSW. Dit complex met 5 gebouwen is een wandeling aan de overkant van Bonita Beach.

Another Day In Paradise

This apartment has a fantastic location. Just across the street from the beach. The apartment was very clean and the kitchen was fully equipped. And so was the bathroom bed room and walk-in closet. Where I found beach chairs, and fishing poles, beach towels and lots of space for your clothes. If you’re looking to walk in and start your vacation without worrying this is your spot.

This is the place to go to relax

This is a fine freshly remodeled condo with a very special location. New kitchen with enough wine glasses for a great party, new flat screen with added sound bar, comfortable living room sofa and chair, large very comfy bed, clean and nice bathroom with a cool walk--in shower. The lanai has nice tables and chairs with terrific views of the surrounding landscapes. The location is central to all sorts of shopping and dining. Three great restaurants are a five-minute walk from the condo complex. Plus, parking is free and plentiful.

I have been to Florida dozens of times, and this is our second time this year to Unit 2304 in Bonita Springs...absolutely amazing!!! The condo was perfect, very nicely decorated, extremely clean with a California closet than has more than ample space put all our clothes and luggage. The amenities were perfect, the heated pool was amazing, we loved it. The owner goes to extreme lengths to ensure that visitors are comfortable and thoroughly enjoy their stay. Upon our arrival we immediately felt very safe in this area. Very impressed that this complex association and the owners are updating the properties with planned construction projects in a neighboring building. It was amazing that from inside the unit we could not hear any noise from neighbors or street traffic – obviously it is solidly built. The condo screened lanai has a partial Western view of the Gulf of Mexico and overlooks the beautiful pool from the 3rd floor. It is so peaceful. At night, the pool is lit up and it’s reminds me of a giant Aquamarine piece of jewelry. It’s stunning and so relaxing. I LOVE Barefoot Beach and the famous Doc’s Beach House directly across the street with gorgeous sunsets. It is a hidden gem so it is not very crowded or noisy there. Peaceful – Tranquil. So sad to depart from this beautiful place. I will definitely be back in 2022 and would highly recommend staying at this property to anyone. This place elevates and heals my soul on so many levels. Great place and great location. Well stocked kitchen and everything you will need for the beach! The beach was beautiful and not crowded. The pool was well maintained and accessible. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this rental!

Peaceful Retreat

We arrived on the eve of Elsa and were not sure if she would hit us or not. We were continually updated and reassured that this storm was going to turn. Upon our arrival we immediately felt very safe as this is a very solidly built condominium. It was amazing that we could not hear any noise from neighbors or street traffic. The location is excellent and within a blocks walk to the beach. The cafe on the property is very inviting and the food is simply amazing. All of the residents of Bonita Springs were so friendly and helpful. As for the condo itself: I could pick it apart but I will not. I am a "fan person." I travel with a fan. The water pressure in the shower is very good and the little kitchenette has all of the amenities. We cannot wait to return to this very nice condo in this sweet town of Bonita Springs. The rental company was amazing as well. My Fiancee left a ring there and they found it and shipped it back to us via UPS with tracking promptly.

Awesome Place

The property layout was perfect, the amenities were beautiful, the place was super clean and even provided a welcome basket with snacks which was a nice surprise! Tim was super responsive and helpful as well. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and hope to return again. My only compliant, which is completely out of control of the property owner, is the trampolines were not in the lake due to COVID which was disappointing. Just sharing for others awareness!

I spent 10 glorious days here and am looking forward to returning in the Fall of this year to this specific Unit 2304. I have already rebooked it. My first impression upon walking into Unit 2304 was how clean and beautifully decorated it was right down to the smallest detail. All amenities were provided which included high quality linens, fine dinnerware, glassware and cooking equipment. I could tell that whoever owns Unit 2304 is meticulous. The condo tropical design with beautiful matching seaglass colors in coordination with partial Gulf view and overlooking the pool from the third-floor lanai (pool lit up at night) with palm trees swaying in the Gulf breezes in front of me was absolutely amazing. My life stress levels instantly dissolved as I was in paradise. No doubt. The beach was right across the street where I dined and enjoyed the serene Bonita Beach sunsets – spectacular! High quality sturdy beach chairs and umbrella were provided in the unit’s extremely large California style closet. The pool water felt like liquid gold to me and the pool area was meticulously cleaned by maintenance every morning during weekdays. Restaurant café on site is a big bonus plus area restaurants near by with customer oriented delicious meals at reasonable prices and views of Gulf waters. So many to choose from! Quiet and serene unit and location with gorgeous views – a true Gem! Very enjoyable! I felt very secure and safe here. I want to experience this over and over again. Can hardly wait!!! Definitely 5 STARS from us!!!

Air conditioner doesn’t cool entire condo

The condo was comfortable and clean, with the exception of the rug, but the air conditioning was not sufficient. The air conditioner was a motel type unit and was blocked by the table and chairs. Maintenance promptly came upon our complaint, but confirmed the problem was the table and chairs. Maintenance tried to adjust the vents to blow upward, but it was too hot to sleep.

Overall a good place

Only complaints would be that the rug in the living room area was filthy, and the air conditioner was definitely not sufficient. I did send a message about it and was immediately contacted. I did as they said and still the room was just not cool enough. Closet was amazing as was storage in bathroom and kitchen. Happy to have beach chairs and fishing poles provided!! Along with 6 more beach towels. One small tidbit. We flew and so we had relied on knowing Docs was close and we could eat and get yummy adult drinks there. Big let down however, they only serve beer and wine. The sunsets were breathtaking

Enjoyed beach and tennis club . Easy in out and close to restaurants. Unit was very clean and located near pool. Everything worked correctly and was clean. No issues. Highly recommend. Quiet and enjoyed.

Highly recommend! Gem of a condo!

Recently, my boyfriend and I visited Florida for a family party and stayed in Unit 2304 at the Bonita Beach & Tennis Club for four nights. We really enjoyed our stay! The unit was perfect for a couple and had all the amenities. When we walked in the door, we instantly felt at home. The décor in the condo was newly updated and the beachy colors set the tone for a relaxing weekend. The first few days of our trip were wet and rainy; however, towards the end of the trip, the sun did come out. Despite the weather, we were still able to enjoy some nice views from the lanai and smell the sea air. I was also amazed at how quiet the condo was even when there was a tropical storm blowing through. When we were inside, we could not tell that it was windy or rainy outside. It was very peaceful! At one point in our stay, we walked across the street to Doc’s Beach Bar and took some pictures on the beach in the rain! When the sun did come out, we returned to the beach and were able to get some really nice sunset pictures and take a dip in the heated pool you can see from the balcony. It was convenient that the beach was only a quick walk across the street! When we take our next trip to Florida, we want to rent some jet skis across the street and check out some of the restaurants down the road. We did get to try out the food at the little café in Building 1 off the club. The food was amazing! I got some smashed avocado toast and my boyfriend got an omelet. Since we got home, I made sure to buy some avocados because I wish I could have more of their toast! I’ll try my best to re-create it at home, but if I can’t, it’s just another reason to travel back to Florida and stay in Unit 2304!! For anyone that is looking to get away, I highly recommend at trip to Bonita Springs, Florida at the Beach & Tennis Club in Unit 2304! It is a little gem, and I know you will enjoy yourself! Very hot !!

When we arrived the condo was very hot. We contacted the manager and he said it would take 1 hour to cool. After about 2 hours it started to cool somewhat. One AC unit in the kitchen with not one ven anywhere else in the condo. It was extremely uncomfortable to shower. We could not close the bathroom door- no vent in there either. We had to go out an buy another fan to cool the place down. . We slept with 2 fans and AC at 74 as we could not turn the temp down. One day, we stepped out and when we arrived the AC had shut off and the condo was steaming hot. Overall the place was clean, building and pool very old and not updated. We travel a lot for work and would not return, it was very uncomfortable to be in a hot space in August in Florida. Owner should consider Investing in a mini split unit or a better AC unit with vent through out . I would not recommend this place and it was not a bargain by the way.

Impeccably clean & incredible views!

My first impression of this unit was how clean and beautifully decorated it was. It has a wonderful overview of the pool and remarkable partial views of the Gulf of Mexico. My children and friends are interested in renting Unit 2304 in the near future. This would be a great location for them. It has everything! I highly recommend Unit 2304 and give it a 5 STAR rating !

Perfect vacation! Everything you need!

If you are looking for a perfect place to spend your valuable vacation time in Florida, I highly recommend the Bonita Beach and Tennis Club and in particular Unit 2304. Newly updated in 2019 and redecorated in classic Florida style, this unit has the best of everything. Unit 2304 has a very pleasant living area with a huge flat screen TV, an amazing comfortable bed, a spotless bath and shower and new up-to-date kitchen appliances with special cooking, drinking and dining accessories. A view of the pool from the outdoor patio and of the Gulf of Mexico with an accessible beach, plus two wonderful restaurants just steps away just begin to describe the amenities for this terrific unit. We rate Unit 2304 a full 5 Stars ! Henry and Judy

5 stars across the board!

Hello Fellow Vacationers, I personally have been lucky enough to visit and spend many vacations at the condo. I must say, it is one of the nicest places that I have ever been to. The scenery from the condo is beautiful – ocean view, sunsets, sunrises, and not to mention, the nice view of the pool with palm trees swaying in your view. The people you meet there are as friendly as you could ask; they make you feel at home and relaxed. There is an onsite restaurant that you can fill your tummy for breakfast and lunch. I love the food prepared by Romi, the restaurant owner. The food is all healthy and organic and Romi is a very personal host with a great smile. If your dinner needs are to go out, there are several restaurants within walking distance where you can enjoy a nice meal with the cocktail of your choice while enjoying the view of the canal or sunset. The condo is also equipped with all the necessary essentials to cook up your own wonderful meals if you choose not to eat out. There is a wonderful screened in balcony where you can enjoy your meals looking out over the pool. There is nothing more relaxing than feeling that ocean breeze while enjoying your home cooked meal. The condo is very clean and updated with all the amenities. If you would rather be outside, and like to play tennis, the condo association has a top-notch tennis court available for your use. As for me, I enjoy fishing on the big water in search of grouper. There are many charter captains available just minutes away from the condo offering different fishing opportunities to suit your liking. So, if you choose this condo, I am sure your choice will not be regretted. It is a very quiet place with as many activities that you may want to get into. Unit 2304 is a 10 Star !
