Mooi huis, in de grond verwarmd zwembad, aanlegsteiger en directe toegang tot de Golf van Mexico, gescreende Lanai, hardhouten vloeren en meer. Geniet van een van de twee jacuzzibaden.

Drie slaapkamers bevinden zich op de begane grond; elke slaapkamer heeft een eigen bad. Het lagere niveau is een bonuskamer als 4e slaapkamer en badkamer met slaapgelegenheid voor 2 extra gasten. Garage voor 2 wagens, bestrating oprit en pooldeck, weelderig aangelegd en perfect onderhouden.

Dit huis is er een waar je trots op zult zijn om te verblijven en om familie en vrienden te vermaken. Het ligt in een rustige buurt met huizen met meer dan een miljoen dollar. U bent dicht bij lekker eten, watersporten, winkelen en natuurlijk, het prachtige witte zand van de Golf van Mexico op Bonita Beach ligt op slechts 1 kort blok verderop. Als je het beste wilt, is dit iets voor jou !!

Vanuit het huis is het een korte wandeling naar het strand van Bonita, waar de koele zeebries en het warme water zorgen voor een leuke dag. Bonita Beach is een prachtig wit zandstrand met veel vismogelijkheden, schelpen in overvloed en prachtige zonsondergangen. In de buurt zijn er verschillende restaurants op loopafstand. Bovendien waren winkels en activiteiten in de omgeving slechts een klein eindje rijden.

Always an outstanding experience at Kings Kew. This was our third year and we have rebooked for 2027. Great location just a short walk to the beach, Docs, and Coconut Jacks. Spacious home with plenty of room for seven senior citizens. Owner is very responsive. Highly recommended.

This was our second year at this property and we have re-booked for 2026. Location, location, location. Five minute walk to Doc’s, Coconut Jack’s and the beach. Space enough for the seven of us. Pool, screened back porch, and big front porch. Beach chairs, umbrellas, and a beach wagon included. Highly recommended.

A Bestie!

A house that has it all, just a minute from the beach, and all that Bonita Springs and North Naples provides. The house was clean and inviting, stocked with everything needed for our group of 6 adults. From bedding to kitchen, parlor, pool, loft-like outdoor dining area, a gem and more… It’s just a short walk to Doc’s Beach House, Coconut Jack’s Seafood, and a short drive to the Bay House, a fine dining seafood restaurant.The property also comes with a wonderful host, Anne, who responds quickly and makes it all the more inviting. We definitely hope it will be available when booking our next trek to the area, thank you again Anne.

Gorgeous home and setting

We loved this property and its location was perfect for us. Clean, spacious, beautifully decorated and outfitted, Anne has it sll together. This is a 2 to 5 minute walk to bonita Beach, and also right on the canal. This is a comfortable cozy home. We will be back. Snne worked closely with us as the hurricane was inching and gave up to the minute abbie ó out safety.

Great location but needs TLC

This house is located in an ideal location in a beautiful, quiet, neighborhood, with a very short walk to the beach. The home is set up nicely for our family of 6 adults and two children, with basically 3 individual “wings.” The pool and over looking lanai are great. We’d love to leave a 5 rating but… the home needs lots of TLC. It’s outdated, worn down, and not maintained very well. It is not safe for young children because of an open staircase without handrails leading to the lower level. We used one of the owner provided child safety gates to protect the little ones from the staircase, but that became very cumbersome. The kitchen cabinets and linen closets are cluttered with way too many items collected through the years. The gas grill is a nice amenity however it hasn’t been thoroughly cleaned for some time (if ever) and the grease in the base of the grill literally caught fire while I was cooking kabobs for our family (the food was tossed). For the price, we expected a much better experience. At best, we’d rate this house a 3.5. With some TLC and attention it could easily be a 4 plus!

Bonita Springs, FL The Family Agrees The Best Spring Vacation Ever

For a number of years we have been taking our family to FL during spring break. We hop around a lot and try different houses and islands. Anne's house has been the best so far. Very spacious, extremely well equipped with everything, all you need to do is bring in food. Everything else is provided. Walk to the beach is 5 minutes across the street. Stores are down the road. We will be back next year.

Great Location with Pool & Short Walk to the Beach

We enjoyed our stay which included New Year's Eve. The home was in an excellent location on a nice quiet street, just a short walk to Doc's and the public beach. It is a spacious property with a pool and lots of outdoor living space. We enjoyed watching the fireworks from the screened in porch on New Year's Eve. My husband and a few of my children worked while they were there. There was one desk in the master bedroom and the owner's purchased another one for the downstairs living space as well. The screen in porch is a nice area to work from too. The property has lots of amenities and the owner's were quick to respond to all our issues. The grill did not work and they went out and bought a new one for us. We had problems with ants and they sent an exterminator. We loved that they provided bikes and used them a number of times. They also had nice, sturdy Tommy Bahama beach chairs, which we put to good use as well. As other reviewer's mentioned, there are lots of dishes and gadgets in the kitchen. It is definitely well stocked, however, we thought the kitchen and unit overall could use a good decluttering. For example, not sure it is necessary to have so many sets of dishes, glasses, silverware, serving ware and mismatched storage containers. There wasn't much room for food.

Perfect family vacation

This property was FANTASTIC!! Perfect for our whole family to enjoy a week on the gulf coast! The house had more than enough space for our 7 adults and 2 grandchildren! The pool was great and the fresh mangoes off the tree in the yard were enjoyed by all!! Just a short walk to the beautiful white sand beach!! The ONLY negative- the deck area beside the pool gets VERY HOT, which we learned when our toddler ran onto it and burned her feet. There should be a warning sign!

A vacation to remember

This property was such a find! In all our years coming to Bonita Springs, we had NO idea of this property, which is in walking distance to my mom and several amenities. Having my children, their families all together under one roof for a whole week was something to celebrate!

Family get away to Bonita Springs

We had a wonderful time at Kings Kew villa. The pictures show exactly how it was. The bedrooms/bathrooms were a great fit for our family of 6 adults and 3 children. The available crib/high chair was perfect. There were pool toys and beach toys available. The proximity to the beach made for an easy 5 minute walk. The lower level was a bit warmer than the upstairs, but there was a fan available which we used. Overall the home was as described and we would definitely go back.
