  • Unieke luxe huis in Spanish Wells Golf & Country Club, een 24-uurs bewaakte drie mijl van de witte zandstranden van de Golf van Mexico (Barefoot Beach en Lover's Key). Gelegen op een golfbaan, gescheiden door een kleine vijver, dit prachtig aangelegde accommodatie beschikt over 2300 vierkante voet van gekoelde leefruimte plus een afgeschermde Lanai met prive verwarmd zwembad. Dit liefdevol onderhouden smetteloze woning beschikt over een open plattegrond ideaal voor entertainment! Met een ruime foyer, prachtig ingerichte woonkamer en Family Room. Tall gewelfde plafonds in het hele huis zorgen voor een luchtige sfeer. De keuken met het ontbijt bar ligt in het centrum van het huis met de formele eethoek ernaast. Franse deuren openen naar de Lanai, waar u verwelkomd met de waterval stroomt in het prive-zwembad, palmbomen en Bird of Paradise bloem. We appreciate the fully stocked kitchen and sunny pool area, with an outdoor dining space and BBQ. We have stayed at this house for many years, always feels like home away from home! Our guests who came for the first time loved it too, with the private bedrooms and bath on the opposite side of the house as the primary suite. Loved our visit once again, in a comfortable, well maintained home. Thanks so much.

A wonderful vacation home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a spacious, well-equipped home in what proved to be an ideal location for our needs, although a car is essential. It only took minutes to drive to a selection of beautiful beaches along the he coast road. The I75 and 41 gave easy access north and south and local amenities were plentiful. The home had enough space for our party of 4 adults and 2 young children. It was immaculately clean and provided all the facilities and equipment we required. The outside area was lovely providing a very private relaxing area, dining area and pool. Our only complaint was that although advertised as having an electric heater this was not working so the pool was reliant on a solar system which did not give adequate heating until late afternoon each day. The property management team were excellent to deal with during the booking period, correspondence was always dealt with very promptly and efficiently and information was very forthcoming. They could perhaps have followed up on our pool heating problem more diligently - or perhaps we should have complained longer and louder. It was a cultural difference, I fear! Overall, the experience was excellent and recommended wholeheartedly.

We stayed at this property for June/July 2021 and we loved it. You cannot beat the location of this property. The subdivision is beautiful.10 minutes drive from Bonita Beach and not too far from Naples beaches. Publix 10 minutes away. I worked for the time I spent here and was worried about the internet speed, especially being in zoom meetings all day. Internet speed is better than what I have home and not even once I had an issue. The house is beautiful, fair pricing compared with other houses in the same subdivision (and street). The only thing I will suggest the owners is that bed sheets in the twin beds room need to be updated; chlorine spots on them, but that's an easy fix. Other than that, the house is equipped with everything that one needs and more. Carlina from the rental agency was easy to work with and very responsive and same goes for Jane (maintenance side). If I would to return in the future, I will definitely consider this property again! We had a great stay!

Spanish Wells ist eine Geschütze und gepflegte Anlage. Das Management der Realty Group SWFL ist sehr zu empfehlen das alles professionell und problemlos erledigt wird. Wir waren mit dem Haus sehr zufrieden. Die einzige kleine Verbesserung die wir uns wünschen würden wäre neue Auflagen für die Sitzecke draußen.

Reviewer Comments: Having spent several vacations in Florida and each time in a different house to spot new areas, compared to what we paid we would rate this house as average. The location is great as you're able to access the F-Myers beach from the south. The house is in OK shape but some items for usage need to be replaced (pans, pots, grill, poolside canvas chair mattress, outside seat cushion for the lounge seats). It would also be advisable to check for broken/damaged items and remove them (beach umbrellas for example). Furthermore not all beds were clean so we had to wash the bed linen and sheets. We also had to hoover the carpets on day one (we're probably more alerted than others as we claim having some experience in the hotel industry and our 1yr crawler found a lot of things already on day one). There is a free parcel adjacent to the house, where some work was done on some days during our stay. For the price, recommendable only with the upgrades while the cleaning firm should do the job a bit more carefully.

This recent stay was our 4th consecutive year of renting this property. We return each year because we like the location, and enjoy the room it affords for the occasional guests. Each year the owner has made improvements and upgrades such as new grill, new fridge, new microwave, and new pool heater to name a few. The Realty group of SW Florida is very professional and responsive. Carlina and Candy are great to work with. The only recommended improvement we could ask for would be large screen TV.

This is a perfect rental property for us because of its location in Spanish Wells, proximity to very nice restaurants, and of course the beach. This home is well equipped with a lot of extras needed for an extended stay. Bikes, beach chairs, fishin equipment, etc. Nice improvements with new grill, new refrigerator, new pool heater add to the overall quality of our stay. Only thing that could be added to improve the stay would be a big screen TV. Looking forward to our stay in 2018.

luxuriöses Ferienhaus mit Pool in guter Lage

Wunderschönes Haus in gepflegter Anlage mit großem Pool. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt jede Minute genossen. Die Vermittlung lief über I. Wittmann-Realty Group, die haben sich gut um uns gekümmert, so daß wir mit einem guten Gefühl von zu Hause starten konnten. Uns war auch wichtig, dass wir schnell am Golf waren. Unser Lieblingsplatz war der Wiggins Pass State Park. Das Haus ist komplett ausgestattet, alles macht einen soliden und gepflegten Eindruck. Das Haus ist angenehm klimatisiert. Die Schlafzimmer sind großzügig möbliert und die Betten (Matratzen) sind bequem, straff aber angenehm. Wir sind morgens immer mit einem guten Körpergefühl aufgestanden. Wir können das Haus gut weiterempfehlen und werden es sicher im nächsten Jahr wieder buchen.
