'The accommodation we stayed in were converted stables. The rooms were well appointed, recently decorated and warm (we stayed in winter). The accommodation is annexed to the hotel. The hotel is the epitome of a country pub with traditional pub fair, eight ball and friendly locals in their seats at the bar. Not a refined experience but everything we were after, we were comfortable, fed well and welcomed.'

'Het etablissement is een manoir en heeft dus iets kasteelachtig. Het is een groot en mooi domein. Er is ook een restaurant, maar we zijn er niet gaan eten. We kregen kamer '4'. De kamer is groot. De inrichting is wat oubollig, maar dat hoort er ergens bij. De badkamer is roze, was ook heel groot, en had een douche en een bubbelbad. Dat was wel leuk! De WiFi werkte uitstekend. 'Excellent location with parking. Huge apartment with well equipped kitchen. However there was no internet and the front office staff did nothing to fix it, probably not able to do anything about it. We were counting on it after a week spent traveling in nature parks. Only one heater for the whole place. Quite bland decoration overall, very functional. No body wash product in bathroom. Good housekeeping.'
