Karen , we thank you for your kind review. One reason we purchased the condo was its convenient location close to all that the area has to offer. Also we loved the privacy and views from our deck that make one feel removed from the stresses of life. Cleanliness is extremely important to us and we do hope you will return for another visit.

Dear Janelle, we do apologize for the fact that the dryer did not work. Right before you arrived, we had a service call for the dryer and was told all was working well. I am sorry that you didn't phone the office immediately when it didn't work. They would have had a repairman come. We live here in Pittsburgh and so have to rely on others to take care of unexpected problems. Again, we are so very sorry that this happened and will speak to the company who did the work on the dryer and try to get to the bottom of this. We are happy that otherwise your visit was a good one and you enjoyed our amenities as it is our desire to have our guests have a wonderful stay.
