'This house had everything a large family could want. A secluded (but not isolated), beautiful large yard both front and back. A river, bamboo forest, old growth trees and large covered porch with ample seating and table. I wish we had longer to stay to enjoy a nice campfire in their rustic fire pit. It looks like a great fishing spot as well though I didn't have time to try. Shopping wasn't to far away so a plus there as well. The house itself was large had a nice sized kitchen, family room...

It’s in the perfect location in Johnson City to be quiet at night (minimal train noise) but within walking distance to all of the downtown restaurants/breweries. The rental was well equipped and extremely clean. I really enjoyed the character within the home, in addition to the welcoming decor.
