'Great location walkable to the Vail Village. Hotel is first class. Felt like I was in a 5 star European Hotel. Parking extra but worth it. Would stay again.'

'The stay was nice but the front desk staff needs a little help in hospitality and helpfulness. I loaded all my own luggage which I was able to do but no bellman offer Ladies helping at the front desk were less than congenial. I have stayed at the Tivoli for many many years but this was the first I felt bothered by the lack of friendliness and welcoming from front desk staff.'

'No AC. That’s not generally bad in CO. Got a bottom floor and the screen didn’t work. So, slept in the heat with bugs. I’d say it wasn’t that great.'

'Prachtig resort. Ligging was uitstekend, 5 min lopen naar centrum. Ook was er een shuttlebus. Kamer was fantastisch! Helaas bleven wij maar 1 nacht. Kleine tip/ opmerking: Ontbijt was prima maar uitstraling van ontbijtzaal past niet bij resort!! '

'Perfect hotel'

'The location in vail village is perfect. We parked our car in the garage free of charge during our stay and walked to everything. The staff was top notch they even knew our names. It’s newly renovated so very clean. You can stay in a one bedroom or come with family and stay in a four bedroom suite. This will be our go to location every time we visit Vail.'

'We got a surprise $45 charge for parking our car in the half empty parking lot that was not disclosed on Expedia as they said all fees were included in the price'

'Propert was very nice, room was clean, check-in was easy. We were there in late June and it was in the mid 80’s during the day, this condo does not have AC, and is really close to I-70. It was too hot too sleep with the windows closed, and too noisy to sleep with the windows open. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again, if it was cooler weather.'
