'Beautiful home that is a great proximity to Boothbay Harbor downtown. The pond is very nice but the water level was very low during our stay in March and there were no boats available as described in the listing. It is unclear whether this is something to note for all offseason travelers'

'Map quest and google take you on unnecessary routes into the cabin. We got there in the dark and after being instructed to drive into the woods on dirt road we came into someones back yard. Noticed one small sign nailed to post pointing in "assumed" direction to go. No lights, very dark and even when we found the house no lights were left on or hey how about a solar night light over the door?. Need a welcome book too listing what's what and where inside items are located'

'We had a lovely time here. The house was very comfortable and the neighborhood was enjoyable. Small store, well stocked convenience store just a block away. I am just sad that the bakery was already closed for the season when we were there.'

'Had trouble getting in the rental, outdoor area leaves and sticks in it, several spiders and webs were found, no broom or dustpan after communicating with Vaccasa someone was supposed to drop the broom and dustpan off, that didn't happen we bought one ourselves, there were fungi growing in the shower area. I have owned vacation rentals and used vrbo to rent it, my place never looked this.'

'We absolutely loved our stay on Maple Juice Cove! The kayaking from the gorgeous boat dock was incredible. The waterfront location is so peaceful. A flock of wild turkeys hung out with us regularly. We enjoyed many other birds that kept busy on the tidal waters.
