The whole reason I chose this hotel was because it has a pool. The pool was closed for the duration of our stay without explanation.
There was no body wash in the shower pump bottle, so I had to use shampoo instead—they don’t do soap bars. When custodial came in to tidy the room, they didn’t refill it that time either.
There were no USB charging ports, so I had to go find an adaptor. There wasn’t an outlet on my side of the bed which was really, really annoying.

The little things are the big things. It wasn’t a great stay. The staff was nice, but there wasn’t anyone at the front desk to check out, so I just left my key card and left.
