We were given a room too far away from the front of the hotel.no consideration that we are seniors. The walkway is not at all level and my husband tripped, landed like 6 feet from where he tripped. Landed on his knees, elbows and forehead. We asked for ice and applied it to his forehead. He got dizzy after the fall. We told that they will inform the manager in the morning.

Good clean and comfortable, with access to he beach the hotel has a few restaurants to choose from and a loungr bar which makes good cocktails and drinks and open till late. Hotel is also walking distance from dmall. Beach mats and towels are provided for too. Breakfast selection is decent and staff are friendly.

I booked this hotel last March before the pandemic because this is a VIP access hotel. But upon checking in, no upgrade was provided, no expedia VIP special reception offered to us unlike other VIP access hotels who provided us with upgrades, welcome gifts/cards. We requested for late check out, we were denied also. The place is huge and consists of different buildings right beside each other. I like that it is beach front and easy access to the beach. Theres 24 hrs mcdonalds in one of the buildings and also Mesa filipino restaurant and other restaurants nearby. The bar at the beachfront can be noisy at night, im glad our room was a little far from the noise. The towels are already worn and need to be replaced, it was no longer white, and too rough for the skin.

It was an amazing stay specially in HENNAN Palm Beach . It is the best Hotel until now that I stayed in . Sadly due to Corona Virus it was shutdown and we needed to change accomodation. Staff is amazing the room was amazing . All the best words about HENNAN .

Честно говоря ожидала больше от данного отеля. Да, на входе встречают, помогают, но на этом все радушие заканчивается - на рецепции высокомерные девушки, оценивающие по внешнему виду, статус gold от hotels.com им вообще не важен - по сути кроме скидки на ужин (один раз!) больше ничего не предоставили. Номер - вроде красив на первый взгляд, но очень тёмный, вид из окна на забор из бамбука, кондиционер просто отвратительный! Спать была невозможно! В номере сыро, кондиционер включаешь - как будто пылесос включён! Единственное, что очень понравилось - очень вкусные и разнообразные завтраки! Это было на высоте! Но - нельзя оставлять еду, штраф 300 песо за тарелку. С одной стороны это грамотный подход, с другой - гостю может было невкусно. Первая линия пляжа - тоже круто. В остальном - отношение к гостям оставляет желать лучшего.

Hennan Regency is a Gem!
I love the location which is so close to the beach. Super clean and awesome service. The room is big and clean. You can exchange your beach towel as needed. They have mats for you when you’re at the beach. Food was excellent and delicious to please every palate. I loved the shampoo/conditioner dispensers in the shower. Better than the small bottles that contribute to so much plastic waste. I wished Hennan Alona Beach in Panglao would follow suit.

We enjoyed the family room. More than enough space for our family of 5. Right out front of our room was the pool & the beach was only less than 20 steps from our room. Super beautiful. Staff was very nice. Breakfast buffet was delicious. Hotel has a foreign exchange in it. Overall, I'd stay there again.

Nothing is unique in the property, just basic. The check-in is disappointing.. It's too slow, some of the staff at the counter are taking their times to much!!..but the person who serve us was apologetic when I told her that the check-in was too slow.. The most disappointing part was when one couple appears to be a foreigner, cause they are looks American..they are also on the line waiting to be serve in front of me was offered two ice tea even though that the couple was surprised to be offered a drink but they say no for the drink..But to my surprise, I wasn’t offered if my wife and I want to have one. That’s why I said to the lady who offered the drink.. in my disappointment!. I ask her, is that for the foreigners only?? I’m am a Filipino by heart and born but becomes Australian and on holiday here in Boracay. But seeing that kind of treatment, I feel I was discriminated in my own country and people.. it was so disappointing. It seems to me that the white treatments are still in active nowadays. I believed, the staff need to be trained that every guests should be treated equally.

Unfortunately, some of the rooms and areas in the resort will show age at this time and this is because we have been a long standing establishment for luxury accommodation. Terrible experience and customer service
The hotel did not give a refund or credit. I had a trip planned and the coronavirus cancelled all flights through Hong Kong, which cancelled my trip. I contacted Hotels.com and they contacted the hotel, which denied a credit or refund. When I contacted the hotel, they said a credit or refund would be available, and to have Hotels.com contact them. They did and never received communication back for a week, then a denied request. The hotel's policies and customer service are horrible. How can you take money without even offering a credit? 2 weeks before the trip with circumstances like this. Ridiculous. I will never work with this company again.

Great location right on the main beach. Hennan staff looked after us from arriving at Caticlan airport all the way to our room. Staff very friendly and always available. Recommended!

Unfortunately, some of the rooms and areas in the resort will show age at this time and this is because we have been a long standing establishment for luxury accommodation. We are in fact upgrading our furniture and fixtures to meet today's standards and exceed expectations in terms of comfortability and luxury.

돈 밖에 모르는 곳
인근 Henann Regency Resort & Spa에 묵을 예정이었는데, 지난 보라카이-칼리보 지역 태풍으로 공항이 폐쇄되어 항공이 결항되는 바람에, 항공사와 운송업체들은 감사하게도 환불을 해주었으나, 이 호텔은 끝까지 환불을 해주지 않았습니다. 물론 환불불가상품으로 예약한 점은 있었으나, 간곡한 부탁에 처음에는 예약취소가 아닌 날짜변경으로 한다면 2020년 1월만 제외하고 예약해주고 차액발생이 있을 수 있다고 하였다가, 2월에 날짜를 변경하여 신청하였더니 다시 3월에만 가능하며, 기존 일정 4박 중 나중의 2박엔 태풍이 물러가서 공항 운영이 재개되었으니 환불 불가능하다고 말을 바꾸었습니다. 2월의 숙박 요금이 1/3 수준으로 저렴해서, 계산해보니 본인들에게 손해일듯 하여 그렇게 말을 바꾼 것으로밖에 들리지 않습니다. 이 호텔은 조식뷔페도 음식 남기면 칼같이 벌금을 받는다고 하더군요. 돈 밖에 모르는 호텔입니다. 물론 환불불가상품에 대해선 천재지변 환불이 안된다는 내부 조항이 있다면 (있는 지는 모르겠습니다. 제시한 걸 본 적이 없으니. 그냥 안된다는 말 뿐.) 어쩔 수 없는 부분이겠지요. 이용하심을 말리진 않겠고, 저 역시 천재지변으로 인한 개인 손실로 여기고 정신승리하려고 합니다. 판단은 여러분의 몫입니다. ㅎㅎ

As much as we would like to assist you in this matter, I am afraid we can't. Since your booking was made through a third party, we are not authorized to change, cancel or amend bookings coursed through them. Their policy should be the one implemented and we have to follow that. Have you contacted your agent for your cancellation request? Our management offered re booking within 30 days for all affected nights of Typhoon Ursula as special consideration. We hope this experience does not generalize your impression with us and hope you reconsider us again in the future.
