'In 4 coppie di amici abbiamo trascorso 3 notti per capodanno in questa splendida villa. Molto spaziosa, con un ampio giardino ben curato e in una zona appena fuori Sanremo molto tranquilla. La villa era ben riscaldata, rifornita di tutti gli accessori di cucina, bbq comodo, e camere molto spaziose. Piccolo neo, la cucina non molto spaziosa, e alcuni piccoli difetti dovuti per me alla non segnalazione degli ospiti, e cioè: pomelli delle porte durissimi da aprire, leve dei doccini bloccati,...

'The villa is nice, decor very dated inside, the pool is a little tired, nice views over San Remo. The villa was in the middle of a building site however, fortunately it did not impact the view but there were a few noises and smells from the site during our stay. We would have liked to be informed about this prior to booking. We raised the main issues with the agents Happy. Rentals but they did not respond. 'The Villa and the property was beautiful. The rooms were comfortable and the fact that it had an elevator made it much easier for us given we were all over 65 and the Villa had 4 floors with the basement. However, there were some issues. 'Villa confortable, piscine, extérieur et vue magnifique. Malheureusement la propreté laisse à désirer ( piscine et vaisselle sales, poussière sur le mobilier, sol collant, réfrigérateur sentant fort le poisson) et équipement fourni indigne d'une telle location (pas de torchon dans la cuisine, lave vaisselle qui lave mal, pas de bouilloire, vaisselle limitée, pas de robot pour nettoyer la piscine pendant notre séjour). 'Posizione della struttura molto bella con tanto verde intorno. L'appartamento è conforme alla descrizione, ben equipaggiato, moderno e pulito. Vista la stagione, non abbiamo utilizzato la piscina che comunque è bella e grande. Il posto auto assegnato e riservato all'interno del cortile della struttura è un grande vantaggio, visto che a Bordighera (come in tutta la Liguria peraltro) i parcheggi sono un miraggio. Si può raggiungere il centro a piedi senza problemi: sono circa 800 metri in piano.'

'Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Beide Schlafzimmer und der Wohnraum ist mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Die zwei Bäder sind recht groß. Einzig ein Sonnenschutz auf der kleinen Terrasse fehlt. Zu heiß zum Sitzen oder Frühstücken. Erst am Abend nutzbar. Ansonsten kann ich die Wohnung nur Empfehlen.'
