'After 20 years back in Brunei and for the first time in this hotel. The hotel is a real treasure of tranquility, excellent service and superb facilities. Would be nice if more guests would appreciate all that the hotel can provide as this hotel clearly ranks number 1 when looking at the whole of Borneo.'

'After our roundtrip in Borneo, we wanted to relax for a few days, and chose this resort. Some buildings in this hotel were being renovated, but this was not disturbing for guests. The first renovation should be finished in august 2018. Our rooms were very spacious and clean; but they also need renovation. We reserved a family room, and got 2 rooms with connecting door. Especially the service, friendlyness of the staff is fantastic. They really make you feel special. There are a few...

'Excellent hotel, staff and location. Only negative, parking was free but on departure we were charged by the car park attendant who said it wasn’t included. We have requested a refund on this. This did slightly disappoint was was a fabulous stay otherwise.'
