Hotel staff was friendly and very helpful.
Hospitality staff were always eager to serve and went above and beyond to make sure you were satisfied.

'Property and faciities were dated. Quality of food were below average. Only redeeming factor was staff friendliness and service attitude although they could do with more training.'

'After 20 years back in Brunei and for the first time in this hotel. The hotel is a real treasure of tranquility, excellent service and superb facilities. Would be nice if more guests would appreciate all that the hotel can provide as this hotel clearly ranks number 1 when looking at the whole of Borneo.'
