'I stayed here twice in a week. First was for one night on 31st May which was truly a dreadful experience. On arrival I discovered that a palm oil company were having an event at the hotel for employees and their families overnight. Apart from finding this extremely distasteful as that industry is responsible for destroying the habitat of animals it was very clear that the hotel was unable to deal with such a large number of guests as well as guests such as myself. 'The best part of our stay was waking up to the magnificent view from our window. We had no problem getting a taxi to the Sepilok attractions and while the city center is a little worn, there is great food there.'

'After 20 years back in Brunei and for the first time in this hotel. The hotel is a real treasure of tranquility, excellent service and superb facilities. Would be nice if more guests would appreciate all that the hotel can provide as this hotel clearly ranks number 1 when looking at the whole of Borneo.'

'Radison quality as good as other Radison hotels around the world. Very good breakfast and good location for visiting Brunei Captial. Good service, luch and dinner facilities. We visited during Ramadan Brunei, which makes it more difficult to explore Brunei, so better to prevent visting Brunei during that time.'
