'The hotel gives boho Tulum style, the pool was small and didn’t seem like it was cleaned daily. The room was also small, the shower was tricky to adjust water temp wise and needs some updating. I stayed 3 nights housekeeping stopped once the first night when I was in the room so only left towels. The beach is on the other side of the highway about a 7 min walk. Once entering the beach there is a person there that can set up chairs and an umbrella. The breakfast was inconsistent, they set it up...

'Room was clean and decorated well, the bed was not comfortable it sagged in the middle. We ran out of water a couple of times but they worked diligently to get it rectified. This is great for people who don't want to stay at a huge resort, but do not recommend if you are looking for more comfortable stay and more amenities. There was an access to a very nice beach just down the street.'

'The front desk staff at this hotel are very rude and unhelpful. One woman in particular was dismissive and rude constantly. I was appalled by the way they treat their guests. The housekeeping staff came at 2-5pm everyday which was inconvenient because I would be in my room some of those times and they wouldn’t clean the room with us in there even if we said we were leaving in 20 minutes and they could come back. The elevators worked TERRIBLY. You had to wait probably 7-10 minutes every time...

'This hotel was an awesome choice for our trip to Puerto Rico for our honeymoon. Not only is it in a safe location, it's very close to the beach and amazing restaurants! The hotel staff were courteous, helpful, and nice! The room was very comfortable, well kept, and clean. Even with the water shortages, we never lost water once unlike other major hotels that had no water for days. We are so grateful for this experience and look forward to making this our permanent go to hotel whenever we...

'The only good thing about this place is the location, the beach is just a few steps away. It’s a shame the owner has let the property fall into such a state of neglect, the place doesn't look clean, even though they clean it. We had to change room because the AC wasn't working.'
