'What a gem Creston Villa is! Thanks to Anna and Iain who made our stay a real home from home. From the breakfast with lots of choice, including so many jams, marmalades and relishes to homemade cookies to take with us for a later treat. We loved everything and we didn’t need to know anything about Lincoln before our trip, we could’ve learned it all at breakfast! Great location, easy walk into town or use the local bus service from just outside the property. Highly recommend. Thank you x'

'Fabulous! The staff are the real highlight of the hotel - they were so friendly, cheerful and helpful. The breakfast was delicious both days and the carpark easy to access. Wifi worked, not all televisions were smart in that couldn't view streaming services. Some rooms still have single glazing, meaning cold and very noisy. The kitchen was okay but missing many things like bowls, poorly equipped. Entrance was unlit, making later arrival difficult as unable to see entrance and unable to enter code. Cleaning...
