So, I did not look to see whether the subway extended to the airport. The staff take care of everything and are exceptionally nice. They do go all out, EXCEPT, they only offered beverages for breakfast. That was disappointing.'

'All power in the hotel went out. I had to walk. Down from the 34th floor with my luggage. We were told we would be given a credit for $150 however, I haven’t received it as of yet. '
