De ligging was goed, alhoewel erg moeilijk te vinden met navigatiesysteem. Verder was er van de vloerbedekking tot de gordijnen en de Badkamermeubels en tegels geen enkel positief bericht mogelijk. Vreselijk, nog nooit meegemaakt. Er kwam nog bij dat ik zelf me een dag vergist had en een dag te ,laat aankwam. Dubbel moest betalen voor zoiets vies. Er ontbrak ons de tijd om een ander hotel te zoeken, we hadden een afspraak in de buurt.

Oud hotel
Oud en niet onderhouden hotel. Badkamer slecht, wasbak met kraan die alleen heet water sproeit. Koud water toevoegen lukt niet. Toilet en douchegedeelte niet schoongemaakt en is sterk verouderd. Reparaties zichtbaar uitgevoerd. Dan zijn er nog "gasten" die hier permanent wonen en helaas zijn zij erg aanwezig.

I do not recommend staying here! The first room I was given was super unclean and even had blood stains on the walls and on the carpet. Not to mention the area just had a bad vibe and lots of creepy people. The staff was okay but seemed to not care about the blood stains. The bed and towel were also super dirty

The TV had no signal and worse, the heating system kept going on and off what seemed like every 5 minutes and significantly interrupted my sleep so much so that I was exhausted by sunrise. Could not wait to get out of room 127. I do not recommend this hotel - spend more and get meaningful rest.

Staff was awful and very rude. Our room was so dirty, like it hadn’t been cleaned ever. Burn holes in the bedding and stains all over the carpet. The man was rude when I checked in. Told me I had to pay upfront and then did not give me a receipt when I paid in cash until I asked him to. We did not stay we cancelled our reservation and the girl up front said we could look at another room but we declined because it just was so gross there and she was very rude and not apologetic at all. They denied us a refund even though we were there for maybe 30 minutes. Ridiculous

I haven’t looked up “roach motel” in the dictionary, but this place would meet the definition in my mind. Everything (and I mean EVERYTHING) is outdated. If we were staying more than one night and/or the general neighborhood wasn’t built up and safe feeling, we would not have stayed. Specifically, mattresses were lumpy and uncomfortable, bathroom was tiny and cramped, heater was loud (but effective), and the towels were white sandpaper. Check-in was easy except for waiting some 15 minutes for a staff member to actually come to the front desk. This property makes booking through Orbitz embarrassing and risky.

The front desk girl attempted to charge my card when I specifically told her not to, that it would decline. She tried to push the amount anyway. It didn’t go just like I said. The website said there was a continental breakfast. She said there isn’t and blamed Expedia for not updating their info. The interior door handle came off in our hands. Only 1 towel to shower with when the room was booked for two adults. Will not be returning.

The first room provided was dirty. After I tell the front desk person, they change our room. It’s an old motel, need some renovation.

Not a 5 star hotel. But a decent motel that was half the price of anything else in the entire area. Only complaint was a towel was obviously dirty and should not have been been put in room. Hotel staff was very helpful and friendly (much more than most places).

STAY AWAY!!!!
It was horrible. This place has nothing! Pictures don't represent place. It is old, dirty, disgusting. I had to buy lysol wipes to use bathroom. There is a false advertising that continenty breakfasts is included - there is no breakfasts at all and I didn’t want to even try coffee because I was afraid I would get sick. Also, it says on site tbat check-in is at 2 pm but when you get there it states 3 pm.

To pricy just a motel
I could have take a lot of pictures but I rather not … The place is worth 40$ no more , no breakfast place, bathrooms old with towel with huge stain , when they can be cleaned, they need to be thrown away .

The room was clean and the staff helpful. Inn is close to Walmart and Natick Mall. It was an easy walk too Walmart. I will return if ever in the area again.

Nasty!!! Dirty, disgusting, filthy sh*t hole!!! Mice in room 128, blood stains on office entrance door, blood on bathroom wall, blood on room wall!!! Just literally disgusting all around. They’re idea of room maintenance and up-grade is outrageous! They really should start by REMOVING THE 50 YEAR OLD RUGS in the room(s)?! Each time I stayed there the office had to address television(turn channel or just bring in picture. THERE WAS “NO” internet wi-fi!!! “TELEVISIONS ARE OUTDATED BY YEARS!!!” Can you believe they wanted $560 for a week’s rental(no wi-fi) nor as clean(not even close) as Red Roof Inn!!!!! No wonder why this place isn’t even on most it not any hotel app?! This place is run by India Hindus?! You know the type that seek a great deal on top of the great deal they pushed for already?! Absolutely disgusting location!!! They really need the board of health to stop by the place!!!

You definitely get what you pay for. With a recent visit to Boston, prices were high and I almost canceled my trip, but found Monticello Inn and had pretty low expectations and the price was affordable. The pictures and reviews made it seem not bad so with low expectations I gave it a shot. I really wish I got the room that were showed in the pictures. Only needed a spot to put my head down so this was it. Positives were that it was cheap, in a decent spot and check-in went smooth. Negatives were broken blinds in the bathroom, peeling wallpaper, broken door handle, zero amenities, something growing on wall behind wallpaper, broken sink and stained carpet. They had signs that occupant was responsible for damage and I was not ready to argue so never asked for a new room. I was never going to review anything, but during check-out the lady was rude and I didn’t know this, but if you use Expedia you will not get a receipt.

Very disappointing
We just wanted a place to stay over night after a late flight from Logan. Unfortunately the room seemed very unkept, and looked like it was falling apart. Neither of us felt comfortable showering in the tub, and there were dead bugs in our room. There were small black hairs on the sink and around the room. The sheets had some kind of stain on them, and there were cigarette Burns on the comforter, couch and carpets. We understood that it was a motel and not the Ritz Carlton, but for the price we were charged for one stay we hoped for something cleaner.

I feel like it was overpriced the tv didn't work the bathroom wallpaper was off the wall with mold I told the Lady at the front desk what was going on and she said that I should wait until her husband made it in that she would pass it along she even Shushes me so that others didn't hear I took pictures of the tv when it was on with the green light on the black screen and pictures of the wallpaper with the mold it appears that it was taped and nothing has been done about it
