'I have stayed at this hotel three times now this year and it is my new Atlanta favorite. My primary reason is the staff; they make the hotel experience every stay. The culinary staff is my next favorite thing here. They pride themselves on the guest culinary experience and they do not disappoint. I enjoy eating at their restaurant, Reverence, every time but equally enjoy the offerings poolside for lunch. The food is always amazing. I highly, highly, highly recommend this property. '

'Loved how easy it was to communicate with host and email updates for key access made super easy for understanding. Very clean and loved the non hotel feel, felt like at home. Good walking location for things in the city. Would recommend and use this location again if back in Atlanta! '
'The view was great from the 15th floor, but the pillows in the room were awful and there was a constant loud buzzing coming from the bathroom, that we weren't able to turn off. Tried calling reception, but the phone wasn't working either. Breakfast was mediocre for the $20 per person they were charging. '

'Loved this and will be back again although i did book a balcony room arrived early at 3 and it was not ready but my friends was , no big deal but when we arrived back at 5 it was not ready yet . I opted for a king of the same floor as my friend but it was the same price with no real applogy . A price decrease was requested and they said they couldnt do that . That felt unhelpful and not great customer service but overall we enjoyed our stay '
'This hotel was everything you could ask for in a hotel stay. The front desk staff was super friendly. Nolan was who helped us and he was amazing. The parking is connected to the property in a safe garage. The rooms were exceptionally clean. No dust, the bathroom was mold free, and the furniture was in mint condition. I can’t say enough good things about this place. HIGHLY recommend. '

"Valet parking was like a car jack. Before you know you are pulled out of the car. The check in lasted for hours (40min waiting time) once in the room, the room is oké. The complementary douchegel was empty. Not too bad, but with a little extra attention for the customer it would be great!! "
