'We had 8 couples staying for 2 nights for our brother's funeral. The staff was incredibly accommodating to us in so many ways. (I don't think it was because of the funeral as I am not sure if they all knew the circumstances). They helped us get seating so that we could sit together for dinner. They were always so kind. 'Our stay exceeded our expectations! The staff was very nice and helpful. They gave us all the information we needed at check in to have a great stay regarding hot tubs and restaurants and bars. The room was extremely clean. The atmosphere here was so inviting and relaxing. My favorites were the parrots in the lobby and the indoor/outdoor heated pool—and the outside fire pit at the restaurant —-and the roof with two hot tubs and the relaxing pub!! So many wonderful things at this hotel!! ...

The condition of the property at least the actual garden room where I stayed could use some updating. There was a bit of an stagnant smell and the walls could use some spackling or something.
