Prachtige Europese stijl huis met 5-sterren voorzieningen, omringd door prachtige tuinen met een uitzonderlijk uitzicht. Elegantie en comfort wordt direct gevoeld door het hele huis. Een chef-kok de keuken, bijkeuken volledig gevulde butler's, en graniet in heel. Master suite met stoomdouche en lucht bad in master bad. Graniet in alle badkamers. Onyx in de belangrijkste niveau bad. Master suite en 3 ruime slaapkamers bevinden zich op de 2e verdieping, samen met een oosten gelegen, afgeschermde-in slapen veranda. Zomer keuken op de begane grond, samen met een wasmachine / droger en zesde slaapgedeelte. Ongelooflijk mooi uitzicht op Boeien en Longs Peak. Second time staying in this gorgeous home and look forward to when we can stay again! Communication with Christine is always quick and easy. Plenty of space to spread out with 10 adults and not feel cramped but still have a cozy feel.

We stayed at Rustic Knolls for my son's graduation from CU Boulder. It was the perfect space for our family for the trip. The house is magnificent and the hosts were lovely. Beautiful kitchen for gathering and cooking. Lovely bedrooms and bathrooms. We played pool and had the best time just hanging out together. The house is 10 minutes from everything-campus, Pearl Street, shopping, bars and restaurants. We highly recommend this home for your next family event! 5 stars all around!

We were in Boulder for a family wedding, and needed a quiet place to retreat between events. This home exceeded our expectations in every way. It was absolutely lovely, with great spaces, both indoors and outdoors, to enjoy time with our family. We felt so lucky to call it home for four days!

The only outside screened in room has bee's every day and could not use the room. House and managements were spot on! Did not know bee's were harvesting on the rear of property and with this said the downstairs patio's and yard were not useable too us, along with an electric fence out back. Driveway, upper porch were nice AND HOUSE WAS BEAUTIFUL!!

My entire family including a 4 month old enjoyed making memories in this beautiful home as we were in Boulder together to celebrate my son’s wedding! Everything was perfect! I was able to host a family barbq to a luncheon for the bridal party. A perfect home for family reunion!

What a great experience! We rented Christine's home for our family gathering to celebrate our son's CU Boulder Graduation. We had 10 people ranging from 15-85, and everyone felt safe, comfortable, and very welcome. Christine's home was immaculate and the grounds were beautiful. Fantastic hosts!

The house was gorgeous and perfect for our family. It has lovely views. The neighborhood was very quiet except for a few airplanes taking off in the morning if you like to sleep in late. However our grandchildren loved the airplanes and gliders. The hostess was very friendly. I would recommend this property to others.

We feel so fortunate to have stayed in this immaculate, pristine, beautifully designed home with our family of 11. With a fully equipped kitchen and plenty of space for everyone, we enjoyed the beautiful views, the comfort of each room, the wrap-around porch, all in a peaceful neighborhood. Bicycles, ping pong, a pool table and a tree swing entertained us and kept us all busy. Location to Boulder and walking and cycling paths was a big plus. Christine was extremely responsive to all of our questions and needs prior to and during our visit. - This home was more beautiful than we ever expected or imagined. We wish we could have stayed longer!

Our son recently got married in Colorado, so our family spent the week in Boulder. Five adults and two grandsons, ages 4 and 2. Beautiful home with plenty of room. We truly enjoyed our family time together. Christine and Taco met us in the rain when we arrived to give us a tour of the house and the keys. They did a great job and were wonderful hosts. While they were available next door and checked-in, we always felt we had plenty of privacy to ourselves. The house had plenty of room with bedrooms upstairs and downstairs, wooden floors throughout the house, with a beautiful kitchen and family area, in addition to a very nice pool room and ping-pong table outside. The kids were occupied with the downstairs playhouse area while the adults enjoyed the wraparound deck and cooking and eating outside. The pictures are accurate. Two things to be aware of… The upstairs air conditioners are in each room separately and difficult to operate, also you do hear and see the planes from the Boulder municipal airport nearby. Overall great stay and would recommend to family and friends.

Very comfortable home with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. My family enjoyed hours of Pool & Ping Pong. Property is right across the street from a local small craft airport, so planes can be heard throughout the day. Our boys loved the comfortable beds on the screened in porch, total ‘glamping’ experience!

This is a truly amazing property. We stayed here for a family gathering and celebration. We did lots of cooking and hanging out in the kitchen, which is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. We also enjoyed the billiards table and the outdoor bocce court. Christine was a very responsive host and made sure we had everything we needed. 5 star everything!

Wow….Christine and Taco have created an amazing place to stay when visiting Boulder. The online pictures do not do the home justice. They have thought of pretty much everything necessary to make your stay an enjoyable one. You feel like you are a guest in your friend’s home and not some rental. The location itself was great too, a rural setting but only about 3 miles to downtown. And the views were breathtaking! Christine was very responsive and promptly responded to our inquiries. Without a doubt you can rent here with confidence.

We had the most incredible week at this home! The property is truly a luxury estate, but one that is filled with warmth and personal touches. We had family ranging in age from 7 to 76 and everyone had enough space and plenty to occupy them. From a playroom under the stairs, to a game of pool upstairs, the house was full of fun and comfort. I can't think of another place we have stayed that made it easier for our large family to all come together, cook wonderful meals and reconnect. Christine and Taco were gracious hosts who were available whenever we needed them. It really felt as though we were staying in the home of friends, and we can't wait to go back. If you are considering a stay here, you should definitely go for it. It is a magical place.

Our family was very impressed with this property. The views and wrap around deck provided many options to relax and views of the Flat Irons and mountains. This home is appointed with all any guest could need and Hosts are an amazing couple. This was the best home and host in our VRBO experience. We loved everything about our stay. The soaring flights offered at the local airport were incredible and would recommend guests experience this bucket list activity.

Great house! Beautiful, high-end finishes, furniture and linens. Immaculate! Plentiful amenities. Incredible, fully equipped kitchen. Comfortable outdoor seating areas. Lots of room to spread out both inside and outside. Quiet neighborhood, with short drive to Downtown Boulder. Access to garage was helpful when loading car in the rain. Hosts were very welcoming and friendly. Readily available and responsive as they live in the coach house on the property-they do respect your privacy. Please note that sleeping porch is a "bonus" bedroom, so comfort is weather dependent. Our large family all enjoyed their stay!

We were in Boulder for my nephew’s destination wedding. We had great grandparents to consider as well as our first grandchild and everyone in between. I was hoping for a place where we could cook and eat as a family while enjoying the scenery. Honestly this kitchen was a dream to cook in. It was beyond fully equipped. The 6 bedrooms allowed us to spread out when we needed to and the communal spaces were large enough to allow us to come together as a group for meals and games. The young adults took advantage of the pool table and ping pong while the rest of us lounged on the wrap around porch. The view of the sunset was spectacular. We borrowed their bikes, hiked, tubed and even fit in a picnic in the park and the rehearsal on Pearl Street. Each room was decorated with beautiful European furnishings. Our stay was truly a gift and a joy that we won’t soon forget.

This is the best house for large family gatherings. Plenty of room, kitchen was awesome for preparing large meals, plenty of space indoors and outdoors for a very relaxing getaway.
