Reef House is onlangs gerenoveerd tot een hoge standaard en biedt plaats aan maximaal 6 gasten. Het heeft 'off-road' parkeren en high speed glasvezel breedband.

De centrale ligging maakt het een ideale plek, met het stadscentrum en het strand op korte loopafstand.

De woning heeft 4 televisies, een w / machine, een droger, vaatwasser, koelkast / vriezer, magnetron en een Neff elektrische kookplaat en oven. Luxe beddengoed / handdoeken en haardrogers zijn aanwezig.

De binnenplaats op het zuiden heeft zowel rotan stoelen als BBQ / eetgedeelte.

De ruimte

Reef House is een van de weinige huizen te huur in het centrum van Bournemouth. Het is onlangs gerenoveerd met een nieuwe keuken, badkamer, ramen en met nieuwe tapijten en vloeren. Het heeft 'off-road'-parkeren voor één auto en er is gratis' on road'-parkeren beschikbaar. Het is een korte wandeling (10-15 minuten) naar het centrum van de stad en het gewilde Westbourne-gebied. Het heeft high speed glasvezel breedband (36 Mb / s).

De woning heeft twee slaapkamers, een comfortabele woonkamer met een slaapbank, een grote familiebadkamer met dubbele wastafels en een toilet en wastafel op de begane grond. Er zijn Freeview-televisies in de keuken, woonkamer (met Netflix) en in beide slaapkamers (één SMART TV).

De keuken is uitgerust met nieuwe apparaten, waaronder een wasmachine, vaatwasser, koelkast / vriezer, magnetron en een Neff elektrische kookplaat en oven. Er is ook een droger beschikbaar bij de accommodatie. Luxe beddengoed / handdoeken en haardrogers zijn aanwezig.

De uitgebreide keuken / eetkamer heeft een eigen aparte zit / tv-ruimte. Het biedt toegang tot een eigen binnenplaats op het zuiden / terras met rotan stoelen, een barbecue en buiten dineren voor maximaal zes gasten.

The property was clean and had almost everything we needed for our stay except for some minor items that were provided when we asked for them. Amazing Summer

Caroline and Kevin have been the most wonderful hosts! We had a lovely summer staying at the property, it was beautifully decorated, clean and welcoming. I booked an alternative property, following which I got a call from Kevin informing there was an issue as that property was already booked and should not have been showing as available. He offered to sort out a refund or to transfer my booking to another one of their properties. I opted to transfer the booking & it turned out to be a great choice! The communication throughout the process was excellent - Kevin kept me updated at every turn on how he was working with Vrbo to resolve the booking issue. I was very impressed by the communication with the owners from the point of booking to check out. The house is lovely and spacious. It was clean with everything we needed. It’s conveniently located a short drive away from the beach. Great parking directly outside the house. I would definitely stay there again.

Great Holiday Home

Reef House is a beautiful holiday home, very clean and modern design exactly as described and shown on the website. Excellent location with easy walking distance to Bournemouth town centre, pier and beaches as well as Westbourne and Poole Road both of which offer a variety of places to eat and drink. Reef House also offers excellent easy access to road links to both local and neighbouring resorts. The owners, Caroline and Kevin are great at communicating they kindly messaged to remind us of checking in and checking out details as well as checking if all was ok. I would highly recommend Reef House as a great place to stay and would not hesitate to rebook if we wish to visit Bournemouth again in the future.

Perfect location and home from home

Stayed 14-21 Aug with husband and teenage daughter. The check in and communication was great, a couple of text once we’d arrived to check all ok. House was missing nothing at all and was very clean. Westbourne location is great as can walk via botanical gardens (stunning) to pier area in about 20 mins. Westbourne has lots of shops and restaurants 10 mins walk up main road. If you prefer beaches quieter than the pier area go for parking (for free) up around Alum Chine and Dursley Chine. 5 mins drive from house and free parking on roads. Outdoor area at house is great for relaxing (no view but not a problem). No BBQ but brick built area for a disposable is good. Parking spot on the front looked very small but was oddly deceptive and we parked our SUV easily throughout the week. Info on area (leaflets) was useful - just check dates as some were last years. Great stay and would happily return!

Fabulous little house which is a home from home and in a great location

Just come back from a lovely stay in Bournemouth. The house is in a great location 20 mins walk to Bournemouth beach and pier and 10 minutes to the nearest bars and restaurants in Westbourne. The house is decorated superbly and made being there feel like a lovely treat. The outside area is a gorgeous little sun trap and perfect for a few tea time drinks before heading out for a night out and to re charge after a day of adventures. Absolute must see is Sandbanks beach and Poole harbour both stunning well. We actually got a taxi back from sandbanks cost about £15. Taxi ‘s to and from Bournemouth station were about £10 although there was parking at the property if you come by car. Would definitely book again!
