'We stayed at the Boho Beach House for a major family event. There were 19 of us, and we fitted in comfortably. There were plenty of rooms and beds to accommodate the various groups. The beds were all comfortable.Checkin was smooth and Chanine was always available. We had everything we needed. The location is perfect, and easy walk to the beach and Bournemouth centre. 'Thank you for a wonderful stay. The Shell House is immaculate and so beautifully decorated. It really had the wow factor for my friends surprise Hen Do. 'This property is advertised for up to 21 people. However, the living space is woefully inadequate for a large group. You are crammed into a single space which includes the kitchen, dining area and a sofa. There were 18 of us and the room was barely big enough for us and 4 of our party were children. The dining table could not seat all of us and the kitchen area was cramped. The only sofa had enough seating for about approx 8 people and the exit to the garden is blocked by dustbins. 'Absolutely amazing! From the start of the booking process to finish, wonderful.Super clean, smelt amazing and light and airy.Spacious rooms with comfortable beds.Everything we could possibly want was provided from towels to shower gel, tea and coffee, biscuits to porridge. Very clean kitchen full of utensils and crockery.Big living areas, there was 7 of us. Lovely spacious garden with outdoor seating and a patio heater. Ample parking spaces for 4 cars at least and parking outside too. Nice quiet...

'The bungalow is situated overlooking the sea at Southbourne and has some amazing views. Overall the property was clean and the beds were comfortable so did us fine for the couple of nights we stayed. However the kitchen is in desperate need of renovation/maintenance as its very 1970s and starting to fall apart. Similarly the bathroom could also do with some modernisation and the garden would benefit from some work as was looking very overgrown. If this was addressed it would definitely improve...
