'This property is advertised for up to 21 people. However, the living space is woefully inadequate for a large group. You are crammed into a single space which includes the kitchen, dining area and a sofa. There were 18 of us and the room was barely big enough for us and 4 of our party were children. The dining table could not seat all of us and the kitchen area was cramped. The only sofa had enough seating for about approx 8 people and the exit to the garden is blocked by dustbins. 'The house wasn't available to us after we'd booked it and so the holiday rentals offered us an alternative stay. The team were very communicative and very helpful and we still had a wonderful stay. 'We (2 adults & 1 tween) stayed for 5 nights and couldn't have been happier. The place is very tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Communication with our host was easy. Everything you need is there for cooking laundry etc. The property is metres away from pubs, an amazing Indian restaurant, Waitrose, Cook, high street shops, coffee shops etc. If planning to visit the New Forest again we would definitely return.
