'Overall great value for money accommodation! Quite central to Bristol and the area around has a lot of shops and places to eat very lively atmosphere with students etc. The communication was excellent and staff were attentive. House is nice, quite basic inside, and a little run down but clean and no safety concerns. Parking is limited to paid on the street, and it's a busy area with a fair bit of road noise all night due to single pane windows. But overall good and well organised letting company...

'Fantastic experience overall. Stellar room, clean facilities, excellent breakfast menu options, and a friendly and helpful staff. There does appear to be challenges for people with disabilities given the stairs involved. The Art House and other lodgings are located on a fairly steep hill, which could be problematic if someone is not prepared for that. I would recommend the host communicating directly through my personal email rather than Expedia.'
