'If you are there during a heat spell , pack a mini usb fan. That was nice for the evenings but spend most of your time outdoors in this beautiful place and you’ll be fine when you sleep !'

'Excellent accommodation and food at the Pub was also very good.'

'Very good comms and helpful owner. Just the accommodation required. Very good indeed and we all slept well! The pink pub opposite was also very welcoming!'

'Stunning views. Close to beach and Town centre. Good base to explore the surrounding area. Family really enjoyed the location.'

'very comfortable stay set in quiet surrounding .. a short walk from Rose lane and a bit further away buzzing Lark lane … perfectly situated to descover Liverpool '

'Room was clean but the shower room was so tight, I had to sit on the toilet at an angle. The blinds don’t shut out the light so we were woken by the blazing Sun at 5 this morning. Only plug socket in a kingsize room.'

'Dated requiring refurbishment also when we opened bedroom there was loads of birds droppings on the corner of the window cill because there was a house Martin or swallow had been nesting therefor had to close window and get no fresh air. We stayed one night and left prematurely. No breakfast It’s like being a latch key school child Wouldn’t recommend'
