'Place was gorgeous, modern, convenient, clean. Though listed as for 4 people, it was a bit awkward for 4 people: bathroom en suite to one room, so those on beds (pull-outs) in front room had to walk through the other room to the bathroom. And because light switches for bathroom are outside, anyone sleeping gets light in their eyes until the door is closed. And using the kitchenette was disturbing to those sleeping in front room. Would have liked a full size coffee maker as the nespresso...

'The location was good for us easy to walk to and we have two young kids, the place was clean and tidy beds were comfortable. The noise wasn’t an issue for us but ear plugs were provided the only negative would be there were only two bowls and for a family of four this didn’t work but was not the end of the world.'

'This is a great little find. Perfect for a family who doesnt want to be on top of one another in a hotel. It's a little far out for a quick walk to the city center, but the area is beautiful safe and quiet. It was a great find for the pinch we were in when the trains were shut down and we didnt have a place to stay.'

'We booked the room but were put in the very top floor! It was over a hundred stairs to the top! If you have any luggage over above your carry on you are struggling! It was a small place for two People. They said a king bed??? No it was a double bed and a very uncomfortable sofa. It was a lot to pay for very little comfort. Location was good. Just the logistic are horrible!'

The agent responded quickly on the couple of occasions we needed to contact them. I found the online guides to be generic and not specific to the property e.g. the heating system. Certainly recommend this place to stay.'

'We stayed in the deluxe 2 bedroom unit and it was very spacious and clean. The beds were comfy and the bedrooms had black out curtains. I sent a message in advance asking for the beds in one of the rooms to be separated and they were each made with their own duvet and bedding, which we really appreciated (they were separated a couple of inches which was sufficient for us).
