Cottages in Schotland

'Property beautifully presented, high level of cleanliness, nearly everything equipped just missing a couple of kitchen items, like small plates and heat protector stands. Price was expensive due to our original 2 week holiday which was booked 6 months in advance being cancelled 2 weeks prior to holiday date, which lead to booking this property as only property available on the Isle of Skye which made it expensive for a week!!'

'Unieke locatie bij het grote strand van Lunan Beach. Heerlijke cottage voorzien van alles. Ruime keuken met grote eettafel. Grote tuin met veel privacy en ideaal voor honden door afgeschermde hek met gaat, Zeer goede communicatie met de eigenaren. Zij waren zeer behulpzaam. De cottage was erg schoon en voldeed aan de verwachtingen zoals beschreven. Beach bar op loopafstand waar je vriendelijk wordt geholpen, water bakken voor de honden. Bij Lunan House kan je eventueel een avondmaaltijd eten....

'The location is perfect. Just to the south of Edinburgh, within easy reach of interesting places such as Rosslyn & Stirling.A long, tree-lined road leads up to the cottages. The cottage itself was clean, with everything you could need to make your stay comfortable.We took the tour of the house, given by Henrietta and her mother who filled it with many personal anecdotes and observations. Much better than a dry talk from someone with no connection to the family. My favourite room, the library. I...

'Our dog enjoyed being in a one-storey house for a change (instead of climbing stairs all the time). Location was excellent, communication with Karen was top-notch. The place was surprisingly spacious (we didn't find the utility-room until the last day) and the maltesers and wine were a nice touch. We had to put a few coasters etc out of harm's way (in case they got chewed); hopefully Karen has been able of find them all if we forgot to put some back.'

'We had an amazing stay at Park Cottage! The cottage had everything we needed and was comfortable and clean. We were also very happy with the charging point for our Tesla. This made our stay so much easier. We were most impressed with the amazing view from the hill in the backyard. We enjoyed the peace and quiet and the beautiful nature of Skye. Also enjoyed diner in Portree. We only had a not so friendly relationship with the midges 😅. Would love to come back some time!'
