'Great stay and house for family'

'The spaciousness and cleanliness of the apartment unit, including the very high ceilings, was undoubtedly the highlight. The directions to get into the unit are quite unclear, and the keys described on the key ring came with incorrect directions. Upon arrival, we let them know that there wasn't a coffee maker, and the team was able to get us one the next day, which we very much appreciated! 'Excellent location in Glasgow's West End. Close to Hyndland train station, along with retail and restaurants. The flat is well-maintained and clean, with a few exceptions, such as some furnishings that need to be updated. Has a few quirks of an older building, but the kitchen is well-appointed, and the in-unit washing machine is helpful. Communication was timely. '

'A wonderful, contemporary apartment with plenty of space and excellent communication from the management team, primarily via text and WhatsApp. Being on one of the higher floors, I felt completely secure and had no issues at all. I’d definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Glasgow. Just a note for future guests: there are a few turning staircases to reach the apartment (as there’s no lift). This wasn’t an issue for me, but it’s worth being aware of.'
