'Vriendelijke ontvangst. Goede kamer (schoon). Heerlijk ontbijt. Wine-hour voor sociaal contact. Hulpvaardig en attend personeel. '

'Wellness en sportfaciliteiten zijn goed. Ontbijt is geen continentaal ontbijt, vooral gericht op UK-breakfast. Daardoor erg weinig keuze. Erg ver verwijderd van centrum Glasgow. Prijs-kwaliteit verhouding helaas slecht. Je krijgt te weinig voor wat je betaalt voor je kamer. Meest teleurstellende is de staff: veelal erg jong die weinig geïnteresseerd zijn in de gasten. Er kan vaak geen glimlach of hallo vanaf, jammer! '

'happynes! nice neighbourhood, nice bars nearby. Lovely bad man I slept good, Small scale hotel but Real Pretty fancy hallway and super old elevator with fence and a waterfall behind it, nice meetings rooms also. OK major small space to get out of the bathroom when you open the door you don't know how to get around the door so small, my krane to put the cold water in the bathtub looked broken but was just mega stuck (room 311) and i finally got it going. Lovely staff, helpful, happy, kind. '

'Mooi gelegen, met slechts 1 waarschuwing. Er bestaat een st Andrews drive in Glasgow, maar dit is het verkeerde adres! het hotel staat aan st Andrews drive in de county of Glasgow in het dorp Cumbernauld. door schade en schande wijs geworden, geef de taxi altijd de postcode.! '

'Personal was really friendly '

'Cosy and clean, this apartment was well located in the West End close to restaurants, easy transport and the Botanic Gardens. Well equipped kitchen with plenty of staples left which made self-catering simple. Bathroom small but nicely renovated. Car parking off street was available which was good as it was limited, metered parking in the street. Very tight lane to space but we did manage to get our estate in there. Would stay again.'
