'The location nd space was amazing…but it was the stellar staff that get the top notch accolades. They were all so friendly and helpful from the minute we arrived to the time we left. And not just doing little things, but things rarely done now. They happened to ask about our plans for the day and when they heard we had a full day travel trip they made us a goodie bag with treats and apples. I found everything about this stay to be wonderful and look forward to a return!'

'Edinburgh is all stairs so we expected it but worked hard to get to the top. Lol. Lovely flat with castle views as promised. Everything was tidy and organized. It was a very nice place even tho we weren’t there very long. I’d have liked a blow dryer for my hair but there were nice space heaters so it all worked out. '

'Great Boutique hotel in Edinburgh! We did not get a bigger family sized room, which they do have, but they brought a cot for us and it fit my daughter really well! They had a fridge, coffee maker, hairdryer, stocked bar, water etc. Location was fantastic super central in the old town with views of the castle! Staff was friendly and helpful. '

'Great experience with the staff and concierge. Room accommodation was terrific and the location of the hotel is perfectly situated in the “old town” area so is convenient to the Edinburgh Castle, restaurants and shopping. If returning to Edinburgh, we would definitely stay here again.'

'The apartment was equipped with so many things it made being there so comfortable. I loved the apartment style living and spacious living room. I would’ve preferred to not be in the top floor since there is only stairs. The free laundry was the best thing ever. Everything was clean except the shower had a little mold. Everything else was excellent including the area and eateries close by. '

'Midden in de stad, zeer ruim appartement. Super mooie goed uitgeruste keuken en goede informatie. Als je dan toch iets moet noemen wat wat minder is is dat de ramen niet open kunnen waardoor je geen ventilatie hebt. Vooral in de slaapkamer vinden wij een beetje ventilatie wel prettig.'

No staff on site but management was responsive when reached via the Hotels.com message site. Was super close to Edinburgh Castle, although at the bottom of the hill, and there were nice cafes and a grocery store nearby. Plenty of room for our family of four with two adult children. They even had a convenient locker to store luggage...

"Booked a long weekend for 6 people. Separate 2-person rooms with breakfast. We were able to temporarily park our luggage upon arrival before checking in, which was very nice. We were greeted politely at check-in. The hotel room was equipped with various amenities, a good bed with clean bedding. Large TV with play station. Well maintained and clean. Breakfast was neat, with various options, but mainly focused on the English breakfast. We received compensation after the breakfast was incomplete, neatly arranged! Close to all the beautiful things to see in Edinburgh, public transport nearby. The only disadvantage was the very noisy 6-sisters, loud music."

"Het is op een handige locatie. Het openbaar vervoer stop voor de deur zowel de tram als bus. Je loopt zo, zowel de oude als de nieuwe stad in. En het ontbijt is prima geregeld en heerlijk eten. Het meubilair is wat gedateerd, maar je bent daar ook niet om in je hotelkamer te hangen. Het bed slaapt goed.
Een speciale shoutout naar Danilo hij heeft ons extra tips gegeven over wat je echt moet zien en daarnaast heeft hij ons wandelroutes gegeven wat ons een hoop zoeken heeft bespaard. We werden hartelijk ontvangen door Danilo om even na 23:30 en we konden nog lekker wat drinken bij hem. Al met al een zeer aan te raden hotel! "
"Prima hotel, fijne kamer met een verrassend goed bed. Elke dag werd de kamer gepoetst en kregen we schone handdoeken en beddengoed. Keukentje is heel handig. Old Town en New Town op loopafstand. Taxi ging ook goed en was ook zeker niet te duur. Kortom wij hebben een hele mooie vakantie gehad in Edinburgh."
