Best Enhanced Studio at The Shore w/Sleeping for a family of Three!

NEW LISTING! Those who know Playa want to stay north of Calle 38 and east of Av.10. The Shore is 1/2 block from the action on "5th" and two blocks from the beach. Always fresh and clean ours is away from the late night bars and loud music almost everywhere . Ours condo has a huge king bed PLUS a great sofa bed for a youngster to teen.

The food in this location is amazing and far less expensive than at home. There are many restaurants within a block or two. We may be a bit more $ than some but check the reviews. We have enjoyed five star Super Host status with the other property we had listed for 12 years.

Our property is located on the prime level just one flight up the elevator or stairs and we are on the coveted garden level featuring fountains and beautiful palms. It is always comfortable due to the lack of direct sunlight pouring in the windows. Just beautiful greens and the sound of fountains. Most units here face the street and buildings opposite. They can be very hot with the street side all glass and noise from the street is ongoing.

We eat all home meals on the patio. It is so wonderful. And there is an outdoor AC for warm months. The amenities are amazing. The rooftop pool is lap shaped for real swimming. The adjacent restaurant has a wood burning pizza oven and the cocktails, tacos, ceviche, and other delights are delicious. The views of the ocean and town are delightful and there are plenty of lounges and beds for massage or just sunning. And, there is a full gym at roof level.

The service provided by the concierge is exceptional. The Shore has a special partnership with the Martina Beach Club just down the street where you get a discount and the concierge will explain that to you.

Oh, and for remote work there is a desk! No moving every gadget off for meals! This is very rare in a studio at The Shore. Alexa is here for your music enjoyment.
