A gem with so many personal touches
The staff was wonderful and the breakfast was amazing. So many little touches from the owners made it extra special. Ten cookies are delicious!

Modern hotel in Bovec
Very modern room with comfortable bed, small fridge, and washbasin in room. Shower and toilet were located in separate frosted glass compartments. Upon checkin, we were offered an apartif before being shown to our room. Plenty of our door seating and comfortable lobby. Walking distance to centrr of Bovec with restaurants, market, etc.

Sehr gute Lage und unkompliziert. Erster Eindruck wirkt sehr modern und stylisch. Unser Zimmer lag im Erdgeschoss mit Terrasse direkt vorm Parkplatz, daher recht dunkel da man Jalousien eher zulässt. Einrichtung sieht funktional aus aber für mich persönlich sehr negativ die Schiebe-Glastüren für die Dusche/ Toilette, beides nebeneinander. Finde ich furchtbar wenn sowas sehr offen liegt, da alles hellhörig ist. Waschbecken ist außerhalb direkt im Zimmer. Keine Steckdose neben dem Waschbecken/ Schreibtisch. Föhnen vorm Spiegel Fehlanzeige. Mitarbeiterin war sehr freundlich und gibt gute Empfehlungen. Nochmal würde ich es wegen der Badsituation nicht buchen.

It feels more like a hostel than a hotel
The property is run down and appointed not to the level one would expect of a 3-star hotel or a 120 Eur-per-night without breakfast. The ground floor rooms are particularly depressing with a view on the parking lot, dirty walls, very cheap furniture and persistent sewage smell in the bathroom. The only positives are the TV with many internatiinal channels and the quiet position. Overall disappointing and not recommended

飯店建築簡單內部設備及傢俱更是低廉，廁所會傳出臭味，住在閣樓房低矮的天花板讓我撞頭，這與他收的房價很不相符。

Bovec is expensive for what you get but I definitely don’t think this hotel is worth the extra charge. For $100, plus another 12€ for breakfast + 6€ for taxes, I would recommend looking elsewhere. The room j stayed in was TINY, definitely only suitable for a solo traveler, and it had an odd setup with the sink in the main area. Not sure this works for anyone that’s a couple. Beds were okay, no extra bedding despite it being cold. There was this strange tree in the room. View of the parking lot. I walked around the entire property and not exactly sure where this view is pictured on the app. I stayed in a very large apartment the next night a block away for 20€ less and it slept four people and had Mountain View’s, a kitchen, and a proper bathroom.

We loved this hotel, its location is great, lovely views!! They only thing we weren't keen on was the open bathroom, not enough privacy if you're not a couple.

Hotel was in a good location and very smart. Breakfast was excellent- well worth paying extra for. Rooms were accessed from the outside - facilities were good but we would have liked a plug for the sink!

Clean, tidy room with a superb view.
The rooms are more like minimalist style but the people working there are very friendly and efficient. Wonderful breakfast. We enjoyed their sauna (8euro/person)! The only thing is they did not make our room at all on the first night. As we did not need to change towels or anything (we stayed two nights), it was fine, but just odd. Over all very nice stay and great view around the hotel!

Room smelt of drains. We’re not really complainers so we just put up with it and kept the windows / door open. But on check out when I mentioned it, the receptionist said it was a known problem and it couldn’t be fixed. Surely this can be fixed! We stayed in six different accommodations for our holiday to Slovenia and this accommodation was our least favourite and we would not return, purely because the room smelt like rotten eggs! Just some advice... it needs sorting if you want to keep your customers! On the plus side, lovely breakfast!

Super Hotel als Ausgangspunkt für Erkundungen
Wir nutzten das Hotel als Ausgangspunkt für Tagesausflüge. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und gab uns bei einem Willkommenschnaps schöne Insidertips. Zimmer und Hotel waren sauber. Die kleine Terasse vor der Tür war ideal zum draussen sitzen, die Klimaanlage haben wir nicht benötigt. Für uns war es ein unvergesslicher Urlaub und kommen auf jedenfall wieder.

It may not be luxury accommodation but it is such a great place to stay. Not many hotels in the Bovec area but there is no need, the service received was great by Bostian and his wife, they run the hotel themselves which shows by the level of service they give. The place is designed beautifully with inspiration from the Bovec area. Breakfast is recommended - at 12 euros - but it is delicious and the the hosts will cater certain requests.

Good well priced hotel
The hotel is in a good location for visiting the soca valley. Accommodation is clean and modern but basic - nowhere to hang towels, design means that water spills out of bathroom into room when showering etc. Breakfast was incredible - lots of delicious local produce. Staff are friendly and helpful

Hotel lost reservation
Unfortunately, the hotel had overlooked our booking made months earlier. We arrived to be told "We have no record of your booking" and "We are closed." However, the receptionist did find our reservation in the computer, but it had been overlooked. They made us a reservation at a nearby hotel, but we were quite dissatisfied with the situation and left the area immediately the next day rather than stay for the three nights we had booked for the the hotel. It may have been pleasant under normal circumstances. We'll never know.

Great honeymoon location
Had a great active honeymoon stay at this hotel - the setting is beautiful with an idyllic mountain view. There are plenty of outdoor activities to do in Bovec, such as rafting, kayaking, zip lining, but I suggest renting a car when visiting as public transport is very limited - as we found out the hard way!

Ensemble moderne et très impersonnel en sortie de ville. Les abords de l'hôtel ne sont pas terminés. Les chambres sont petites, mal agencées et le mobilier de mauvaise qualité. Malgré tout l'ensemble est neuf donc de bon niveau d'entretien. Accueil commercial avec sourire et présentation de la région et des activités. Plus personne à l'accueil à partir de 22:00 et plus d'accès à l'espace collectif ce qui est très gênant avec ces petites chambres et l'éloignement de l'hôtel par rapport à la ville. Les appartements au-dessus doivent-être mieux mais pas les meubles. Ce n'est pas un bon rapport qualité prix.

Simple design hotel in a good location.
Only stayed one night so probably had the most simple room on the ground floor. It was very plain ( as expected from a modern hotel) but with the most comfortable bed ever. Breakfast was also very good. Only problem was that there was no sign from the road but we guessed where it was! The owner and his wife were charming and provided excellent info on where to eat and then booking our choice.

ideale per gli amanti della canoa e del rafting
La soluzione per famiglie, in appartamento, solo pernottamento, é eccessivamente onerosa, specie se si usa solo come base d'appoggio, non usando la cucina, peraltro molto attrezzata e funzionale. Ottima la colazione a pagamento. Comunque da consigliare, specialmente agli amanti della canoa e del rafting.

Excellent value for money! beutiful place with nice view towards mountains. Hieno hotelli kauniilla paikalla. Hienot vuoristomaisemat. Todella ystävällinen ja avulias yrittäjäpariskunta. Ainoa miinun siitä, että rakennustyöt hieman sisällä päärakennuksessa kesken ja parkkipaikka olisi voinut olla kauniimpi. Mutta nämä aivan ymmärrettäviä pieniä puutteita ja hinta- ja palvelutasoon nähden todella hintansa väärtti. Loistava aamupala myös :)
