'Pefect based on budjet'

'Parking is "Across the street" in a dirt lot. I pulled into the driveway only to view the host in a state of alarm, arms waving, etc. Got myself parked in the dark, and approached the nearly desperately avoiding ramshackle house. The common areas can be described in just a few words: Cluttered, Gaudy, Dark. Further, after a 6 hour drive, i was hardly up for chatty Cathy type host, who was overbearing at bes'

'You get what you pay for - cheap, not value. Spent the first 2 hours cleaning because it was barely touched - even dining table and chairs had crumbs and spill stains. The coffee maker was black inside the water compartment. I had to pick up silverware and dish soap from the dollar store because there was only 2 forks and spoons for a place advertised for 6 and no dish soap to clean dishes. The menu had a lot of delicious looking options and our meal was very satisfying, The staff was very friendly and helpful. Excellent stay.'

'Pool wasn’t open as advertised and rooms where not clean'

'The special game room in the back yard that is screened is excellent 👌.'

'Property is as advertised and was amazing . Perfect for a quick get away or over night visit to area. So clean and new. Everything you need. 30 minutes from colleges. Definitely recommend. Be wary as there is no cellular service in area but WiFi in cabin is great!'
