'This is what you would expect from this type of hotel. It’s all fine, but would expect this type of hotel to stock free personal care items that I had forgot, they didn’t.'

'Lobby and staff are excellent super nice and accommodating. Lobby is updated to where you’d think the rooms would match. Room had loose tiles in the bathroom and hard water stains around the floor and shower grout. Also advise cleaning staff to clean behind the bathroom door. Many hairs and dust. Simple fix.'

' Everything about this place was excellent. The suite was spacious and clean. The amenities were all eco- friendly. We always look for a hotel which includes breakfast — the breakfast here was one of the best we’ve had! There was a large variety of meal options: eggs with potatoes & bacon, yogurt with fresh fruit & granola, oatmeal, waffle maker, fresh baked scones and fresh fruit— including cut up grapefruit, strawberries and grapes. Will absolutely stay here again.'

'Cleanliness was great! Staff was kind and attentive. Room service from the restaurant was AMAZING service, quality and taste! Loved how spacious the room was. The mattress was AMAZING. Unfortunately, there was no hody wash, the bathroom was SUPER small for the price and room, and there was only the tinest niche in the shower wall to set items and they fell out over and over and over… toilet lid and shower door SLAMMED shockingly loud (especially shower) if you did not take the time to slowly...

Highly recommend Holiday Inn Express in Streetsboro, Ohio. It was a really nice and very clean property.'

'I don't know that I'd use a hotel hot tub, but be aware that although it may be listed as an amenity, it is permanently closed. Room was clean and the furnishings, especially the bed, were very comfortable. We had a river view which did not disappoint. The only thing we didn't like was that the toilet is extremely loud as it refills, so it will certainly wake up everyone if used in the middle of the night! It took a bit for the shower water to get hot too. We ended up going somewhere else for...

'What a unique and cozy place, lots of little treasures that take you back in time! The Inn is beautifully decorated and clean but the staff are the ones that make this place shine. No matter who we interacted with we were met with a smile and a helpful response. It’s a charm seldom seen in hotels today. We ate in the tavern, took in a swim and sauna before laying in the sun. We have family in the area so we will definitely be back! Thank you for a wonderful stay :)'
