'This is an historic property. I was here a few years ago and it was a bit sad. But new management came in and updated the property. I only had a little trouble working the bath faucet, otherwise everything was perfect.'

'Had an issue with the tv where the internet stopped working. Within 10 mi utes of notifying them they were on the case and had it fixed within the hour, fantastic service! Staff are lovely, very friendly and welcoming. Room cleaned well every day unless sign was put on door. Coming back to streetsboro and already booked my next stay here.'

'Terrible experience. Got into my room, sat down in the bathroom and had no toilet paper. Room had dirty, damaged carpet, furniture was run down. Tile in bathroom was coming off the wall and half the lights didn't work. 50% of the time I tried to flush the toilet I had to reach into the tank and fiddle with the guts to get the tank to fill with water! Awful!! In the morning I tried to take a shower and the handle wouldn't come up to make the water come from the shower head. I went to the...

'Since it's a large corporate property my expectation was that it would be similar to other properties that stayed. However it was quite surprising to see some type of soil stain on the bedspread, and the tiles in the bathroom coming up from the floor. But the next morning when it was time to take a shower, I was surprised to see that the shower head was not mounted to the wall just hanging like a hand shower. There was no place to put in to take a shower so I had to hold on to it the whole time....

'Breakfast was ample. Tile in bathroom floor was loose. We got a feeling management is working to cut costs. Room carpet was not well vacuumed, otherwise ok. '

'Zeer goede prijs/kwaliteit keuze. Geen last van lawaai van gasten of verkeer. De receptie is vriendelijk, maar wat te passief. Kamer wordt goed schoon gemaakt. Lokatie is centraal genoeg om per voet alles te bereiken en decentraal genoeg om rustig te zijn. Prijs is goed.'

'Our room was clean, the hotel staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfasts were good, plenty of food and things were stocked and clean. I couldn't access the pool with my key card. The workout room was adequate, not super clean and the TV wouldn't come on.'
