'Had an issue with the tv where the internet stopped working. Within 10 mi utes of notifying them they were on the case and had it fixed within the hour, fantastic service! Staff are lovely, very friendly and welcoming. Room cleaned well every day unless sign was put on door. Coming back to streetsboro and already booked my next stay here.'

'The rates were reasonable, the rooms clean. Breakfast was included which you can't always find these days. Breakfast was very acceptable with many choices. Hotel is very convenient off the highway and just a quick drive to Hudson, Ohio with alot of shopping and restaurant choices.'

'Maid service only provided on 3rd day of stay and this was not readily made known to guests. Bathtub had mold under a shelf between the tub and the fiberglass wall. Woman on the staff handling breakfast was very friendly and helpful.'

'We did not arrive until midnight. The staff at the desk was pleasant but very hospitable. Going to our room we used the elevator as we were on the second floor. The elevator floor was filthy, the groves in the elevator floor looked as though they have not been cleaned in months. Opening the door to the room the first thing you see is the large hole in the bathroom door. The carpeting was dirty and ripped in a number of places. Going into the room there was wallpaper falling off, large marks...

'The room was filthy. We asked for clean sheets and towels and they were never provided. The toilet did not work.'

'I believe the hotel has “dog” rooms that are not well kept, the tub drain was not functioning, the tub had a ring, and the shampoo and soap dispensers were empty, they did come and snake the drain, at 11 pm because they could not move us to another room. They did fix the drain problem, at 11, but the room still had the other issues. This should have been checked as it was clearly a issue before.'
